Purchased a bacon, coffee and has hash brown meal. The sandwich and the hash brown were cold. Then I asked for jelly for the sandwich and was told I had to pay for the jelly, no complimentary jelly is given. The lady in the drive thru was very rude. I advised her I will never patronized that store and again. She hunched her shoulders saying she didn't care.

This Eastpoint location I love it. I love it. I love it. The best I have ever been to. I work in Saint Clair Shores on 14 mile and Harper and I drive to this Tim Hortons every day on my break to get my coffee mainly because of the customer service And it all starts with the girl Kiara keep up the great work Tim Hortons family
