The absolute best Tim Hortons in the area. Ceara and her crew are always friendly, even at 5:30 in the morning. Order is always perfect and service is fast, can't be late for work and this team makes sure that doesn't happen.

The restaurant has standards it has to meet as it is a FRANCHISE but the owner must not be aware that it has REGULAR customers that patronize daily but its customers request aren’t always met. Cleanliness. The tv isn’t on FAMILY friendly channels when asked to change programming this time the Employee didn’t feel like it so she stated she couldn’t even though the News has been changed previously. This is after I asked for cloths to clean tables. Don’t lose revenue by avoiding a simple request. Ppl want joyous programming when dining not the news.

When I moved to this area, this was my neighborhood Tim’s. The ladies were always respectful and I even kicked it with the second manager(glasses) a few times. Safe to say there was a customer business relationship that I respected since I seen them every morning. This was until I made the mistake and left my card behind in drive though after paying for my 3.65 coffee. When I got back the morning manager(short red head) gave me a receipt and told me that the drive thru cashier charged my card by mistake since we both forgot about my card. I felt it was my fault so I was okay with waiting to get the money back until I seen that she did refund me my money but took it again. So over all my card was charged 58.52 and only 29.26 was refunded. I took my phone to show the manager the transactions and even called my bank in front of her because she said this is what her boss told her to do. So I did. The agent at my bank walked her through the transactions at that time on my account. She herself asked the agent “so how much was taken in total and how much was refunded) the agent asked if it was okay to speak with her and I agreed. Reluctantly I went back when I started working back in that area and today I purchased my same coffee and my daughter an ice cap. My purchase was 9.16 with my dollar coupon it came to 8.16. I check my card on lunch and Tim’s Eastpointe charged my card 1.96 after my purchase this morning. I called to just make them aware of the issue and honestly I haven’t had the money to tip lately so I didn’t expect it back at all. But instead of having a reasonable conversation, that same manager(red head) told me how the owner didn’t want me to come back to their store after that and how they never took the money off my card in the first place and she gave it to me without knowing who she was on the phone with(after she told me to me to come in and show her the transactions). So I got banned because they took money from my account multiple times. I also want to note that when my money was taken off my account last year the same girl from drive through was my cashier today. It’s totally fine not to go back and honestly this was maybe my push to stop coffee all together but I want to bring awareness also when using your card at this location. It’s never happen to me before and I drink Tim’s often but they will not want to give you your money back even if you show them how they took it.

Purchased a bacon, coffee and has hash brown meal. The sandwich and the hash brown were cold. Then I asked for jelly for the sandwich and was told I had to pay for the jelly, no complimentary jelly is given. The lady in the drive thru was very rude. I advised her I will never patronized that store and again. She hunched her shoulders saying she didn't care.
