Online ordering was not working. Called in and explained to place an order over the phone and they weren’t willing to help at all. Like it’s my fault yall site not working

Just came in here today Kennedy made my drink with horrible experience she should not be here worst’s customer service ever then after she sent me next door because they say they don’t take $100 tried to gave me smoothies that has been sitting for 20 minutes I have to drive 20 minutes which means it will be water about time I reach my stop!
She was mad for their mess and did not make it how I requested it my brother had not passed and my niece didn’t ask for this I would have not came back!

Their smoothies are just ok. I don't understand the purpose of sugar in the smoothies.

Messy and slow. The chicken on my wrap is always cold. A couple stars though because the smoothies are still good, I just have to have them delivered or someone else pick them up so I can ignore mess.

Tropical smoothie Cafe is a wonderful restaurant they have awesome and friendly service they are always quick to lend a hand. They have excellent locations and all of their dishes are very good unhealthy as well. They have wonderful food dishes that are made with fruit and they have excellent meat dishes as well. The yogurts and smoothies are a must try. They always use the freshest fruit and their meat is fresh too. They always have young beautiful girls employed that are kind and nice to look at when they're smiling. One time there was a mix-up with the fruit that I ordered in my smoothie and they gave me no hassle about remaking it and giving me the correct smoothie unlike many other restaurants that have so you when there's some kind of a mistake with your meal. When it comes to the opinion of sight quote tropical smoothie is a A1 five-star restaurant. If I were you the next time I was driving by one I would try something from the restaurant. The prices may have a premium but the service rendered and product rendered is premium as well ❤️‍ .

Went in this location like I do almost everyday ordered a Bahama mama and they didn’t put any coconut no white chocolate and they added watermelon!! When I called up there to let the manager know instead of her saying bring it back we’ll fix it she starts asking me do I have proof there’s watermelon in the drink !! Very unprofessional if somebody new or they made a mistake its never the costumers fault FIRE HER

I do NOT like this location because they do NOT follow directions at all, even while looking on the screen at your order!! This place is very, very close to my house, however, I will be going a few miles away to the 12 & Mound location because I'm tired of coming here and NOT getting my order right!! I REFUSE to keep letting y'all just blatantly steal my money!! Today is the last day of y'all stealing my money and NOT PROVIDING me what I paid for!! I will NEVER EVER be disappointed by this location EVER again!!
