No lie the management is really good!! But it was a real tall white girl there she's been there for some years now she wear glasses I forgot her name however the machine that they have there is very glitchy they steal money from you the machine do this been going on for a few years now however the woman rang me up for my order and then I stuck my card in and use my PIN number another guy came in and she jumped on his machine instead of waiting there until she's done with me in the middle of me putting my PIN number and stuff in so then the machine said approved I even left her a tip the machine approved I did open up my my bank account to see if I seen a charge but I didn't see it so the next day I seen the charge and it actually posts it's like their machines is rigged up and I remember experience something like this a couple years ago too I just stopped going there it just it totally just slit my mind but I never had the charge post so typically they will charge you for it and then it'll take three or four days for it to go back in there they said that it's something wrong with the machine it does it all the time so how come they haven't fixed it and it's a little embarrassing too because what if I had$12 into my account hypothetically speaking and then the transaction it gets approved and they take my $8 out my account and say it didn't go through the system froze it up it didn't go through and then but it will show through your bank account but it ain't going to post it'll go back in so that means I wasted a trip go in there and then I don't have my funds I have to wait 3 or 4 days for my money to go back into my account that's they need to fix the system.

I go here three times a week to get in my protein shakes after physical therapy! Everyone is always very friendly and the smoothies are great!

Very disgusting I call back same day but they can make it right as soon as I called she was like oh you talking about the blueberries she knew it was disgusting. She said wait to talk to her manager. I talked to a manager she was rude no apology we can make it over. I don’t want nothing But my money back rule liar very unprofessional.

I ordered on line Chicken Bacon Ranch, I took the bacon off but when I got home. I opened up my bread and it has more lettuce than chicken. I'm so dissatisfied I couldn't go back to go show them because, I had someone take me to get my order and I don't have any way to get back up there

The team members where very polite and helpful in making suggest on the newest products. The smoothie order was Sunrise Sunset with Vitamins B12 add on. It taste delicious and superb.

lovely people my DoorDash stole my drink and so they resent it for me I was having a really bad day and it just really made it worse and then they fixed it and I just appreciated that very much amazing people great food thank you so much☹️💞

Frequently visit this location. Lately has been a bit dirtier than usual. They should keep the monitor haning over the smoothie station clean.

Employees are making sandwiches without gloves…And with long nails …When i have come to pickup my orders…I have witnessed this several times…Which is very unsanitary and unsafe… I was hoping that this was just a bad day the first time…I came back a second time a few months later and witnessed the same… Located on Gratiot Rd in EastPoint Michigan… (You have lost a Customer)

I was immediately greeted upon walking in (Woodward Ave. near Wayne State U location) by a younglady who had a great smile (which I told her) and she was very professional. I believe her name was Gabrielle and she also read my order back to me to make sure it was correct. Very pleasant younglady. The rest of the staff kept the flow of the order fulfillment running really smooth and from where I could see, clean. Great job!!
