This place is so hit or miss that you're better off just going to Taco Bell or the Legends. At least when you order from those places the food is guaranteed to come out hot and fresh. I ordered the chicken tenders and even waited in line for about 15 minutes for them to still be handed to me cold as a brick.

I had a really bad experience at the Wendy’s on 9 Mile and Kelly. The line was super long, and after waiting about 20 minutes, they finally told us they didn’t have any barbecue sauce or orange drink. The customer service was terrible — no apology, no effort to make it right. Definitely disappointed with this location.

Omg service was absolutely horrible, waited over 30+ mins for our food no BBQ sauce no ice no frosty. Male workingvin back was to worried about flirting with a coworker that was there getting food then the 10 customers that were in the dinning area. After waiting the 30 + mins for our food when we did get it wasn't even hot. Spent $35 for 2 meals and a kids meal was given small cups instead of the large drinks that were ordered. All dining tables were dirty ..... completely disappointed

Just last night they refused to answer the speaker so everyone would think they’re closed. Than they started taking orders in the window like I wasn’t in line waiting I get called out my name cause they didn’t want to do their job is crazy honestly
