Rude drive thru service. Had a wait on some fresh food gave me old hard nuggets an my burger was flat an under seasoned. Prices too high too be served bad food an once I told the manager she was like ok oh well I'll just remake it are u happy now. Just asked for a refund never again

Horrible management it sounded like a party there for three 3 cars it took over a half hour and all i got was 2 frostys and they were melted......ordered 2 burgers and fries and nuggets everything was ice cold 4/9/24 place has definitely gone down the drain

I normally not the one to write reviews but how ever i’m thighly disappointed with the price proportion and false advertisement. I went to Wendy’s the last three days in a row to get the orange Creamsicle Frosty and they never have it so I chose the chocolate frosty and this is what u get

This Wendy's location is ALWAYS out of stuff. From cheese to lettuce to spicy chicken sandwiches to cup holders.. out of it, it's so irritating. The staff doesn't like to listen to you when you order your food whether it's drive-thru or inside. Even when you have to repeat yourself umpteen times, they STILL don't get it right. They get sloppy when making your food. Don't even get me started on how slow they move the drive-thru line. I will no longer be visiting this location. They need to work on their professionalism, being friendly, and DEFINITELY stocking their store with the food and other items needed to serve their customers. Disappointing.

6:00 in the evening, no lights on, can't read the menu board because it's so dark. Placed my order after a 15 minute wait for 2 cars to go past the pick up window. Low and behold a BIG NASTY HAIR in my Baconator, that had 2 tiny pieces of bacon on it. Tried calling, and of course they don't answer the phone. Never again!!

I ordered a double stack, baconator fries for my mother and 10 pc spicy and fry for me which was fresh BUT HOW DO THEY HONESTLY FORGET SAUCE? I’m curious I have to use a McDonald’s sweet and sour I have?
