My experience when this location opened the food was always freshly prepared and then it took a turn to not so freshly prepared. So it took me sometime to give it a another try so a few months ago I went in person the wait time took longer and only my fries were freshly made my chicken tenders wasn’t even freshly cooked they were not even warm to the touch so I put them in the air fryer once getting home I only live 3 minutes away so my food shouldn’t have been that cold over all this visit took 25 minutes for only fresh fries and cold chicken tenders. Last night give them another try ordered online it said 16-20 for pick up everything wasn’t freshly and still waited a extra 10 for them to bag it up made it home 3 minutes away and just not worth my money or time I’m totally done and this is my last time spending any of my money with this location and I try to support my local restaurant in my area but y’all make it hard to keep throwing away my money on food that’s been sitting out and not freshly made for the wait time for each person order my fries was like they been seating in grease my chicken tenders was cold once again my brother boneless wings was cold and his fries was like they were seating in grease for the 16-20 minutes wait time with a extra 10 minutes because it still wasn’t ready everything should’ve been freshly I will not never be returning here again totally done with the Eastpointe location!!!!
Everything was good great team would highly recommend to anybody younger or environment was very nice. Establishment was clean some chicken tenders and it was very good. Would definitely come here again.
