Dear Wingstop Corporate Team,

I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your Wingstop Eastpointe on Today January 18th, 25. As a loyal customer who frequents this location in my neighborhood, I am deeply concerned about the lack of professionalism and cleanliness during my recent visit.

First, the store was noticeably unclean, which is unacceptable for a restaurant environment. Additionally, your employees were playing loud music, creating an unprofessional and chaotic atmosphere for customers.

Even more troubling, there was a strong smell of marijuana in the store, which raised concerns that some of the staff might have been under the influence while working. This is not only unprofessional but also a serious safety and health concern.

To make matters worse, I placed my order at 9:11 PM, but it was not ready until 10:23 PM—over an hour later. Such an unreasonable delay is frustrating and reflects poorly on the store’s management and efficiency.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me so dissatisfied that I will not be returning to this location. As someone who has supported this store in the past, it’s disappointing to see the standards fall so low.

I hope you will take immediate action to address these issues. I believe Wingstop can do better, and I trust that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and take steps to improve the customer experience at this location.

Don’t DoorDash from here ever. You’re not going to get food and if you do it won’t be your order and it’ll take 4 days to get your money back. DoorDash said they just hand the batches to drivers without checking so drivers come and end up with your meal as a snack you paid for.

This food is never good here I order here 2 times before first time there was a roach in my food I DoorDash today and they gave me a fry and some chickens bites but what I order was a 3 tender combo it comes with fries and a drink with it to I order a extra fry the food was nasty to don’t ever take your kids here either the place is so disgusting and nasty but crawling around the floor and they know that their wrong because all these bad comments the owner never replies and owners usually do that is dumb here workers always have attitudes I went inside the first time I ordered and some worker was cussing this girl out because she wanted a 100pc chicken and they did not want to do that and they almost jumped the girl please shut it down and fire all them

I placed an order on 12/30/24, for pickup at 4PM, 12/31/24. The original order was missing a combo meal and returned. I finally received my food at 5:28 PM. It was seasoned good and “kinda warm.”

WARNING: Check your food before you walk out the door. Would I return? It would have to be my only option. This location specifically WOULD NOT be my first choice.

I will not comment on the attitude of the staff on a busy NYE because retail and food service is difficult when there is slim pickings for employees and maybe a lack of ongoing customer service training.
