10/10. Great experience. Mark was a wonderful cashier, did his job perfectly and the lobby was spotless. I live downtown and honestly would rather make the drive to this location over the one on Jefferson.

This location never fails. I urge everyone to skip the 13 mile one for this one. Better staff and managers. Ordered always correct and food is sundays top notch. Was there this weekend and the pop machine was down... sol? Nope... they had cans of soda ready. Kudos to this location

I went to pick up at the store and the food was not ready when I arrived. No one was at the reception when I arrived so I was waiting there for 1/2 minutes. There were two other girls and a boy working. One girl was on the phone mostly who was packing the order and the other girl was preparing the order. The lady in the picture was in the back and she came after 1/2 minutes. She informed me my order was not ready yet. So I was just standing by there. Few more people came after me to pickup And their order was not ready but the lady in the picture informed the other two he is here get him ready. And they picked up their order and left and I was still there waiting for my food. I started my stopwatch to see how long it took so after 17 minutes of waiting while it was supposed to be ready finally they gave me the food and I left with very poor and unprofessional service.

My fellow wing enthusiasts, I did not walk into this Wingstop merely to purchase chicken. No, I walked in to participate in a dream. A dream of crisp skin, tender meat, and ranch as divine as nectar from the gods. And yet…what I received was nothing short of a national tragedy.

The service was slower than molasses dripping off the back of a lethargic snail. The employees treated me not as a valued customer, but as a burdened spirit haunting their establishment. I stood there, nay, waited there, like a forgotten hero, wings unmade, hope evaporating.

I asked why it said my order was done on the screen, but according to the employee it was not. Hunger was befalling me quickly.

And so, I say to you, Wingstop of Eastpointe that I will rise again. I will not be silenced. I will not be tossed aside like a soggy fry beneath the register. For the people deserve wings that soar, not stumble.

God bless flavor. God bless America. And God help whoever thought this was acceptable customer service.

The worst food retail experience I have ever had. Not only did it take 45 minutes for them to give me the smallest order on their menu, but as I waited, I watched two customers return their orders. Neither customer received an apology from the cashiers or management, and after the customers left the complete staff made fun of both customers and ridiculed them I suggest the owner evaluate the people they have working for them
