When I walked in I was the only customer in the restaurant there was no line in the Drive-Thru either. The cashier was standing by the fryer texting looked up at me continued to text and as I was about to turn around and walk out then she finally came over. Why do companies let people play on their phones all day instead of serving customers??

I don’t know what it is but the past couple of times we’ve been they have always forgotten something, I’m sorry but if we’re paying at least $30 each time nothing should be forgotten. I understand things happen, but probably will not be going back.

Usually very impressed with this particular Burger King, my husband says the lobby and dining area are very clean, but he was very disappointed in how dirty the bathroom was. Other than that it's a great experience & meal here.
Ordered a sandwh8ch with bacon and im not joking when I say the bacon was so burnt it literally crumbled apart like ash.

Went to grab a quick snack on the way home, and I will say that I would not return. I only got onion rings, which are usually pretty good, and they were pretty gross this time around. The girl at the counter didn't seem very thrilled to be at work, and while I can't blame her, I felt very uncomfortable while ordering. The tables were sticky.

Fries were cold and greasy. Went in to ask for fresh and was told it would take 10 minutes. The young man was rude. Another employee was in the dining area making out with a girl. The only person working was one young lady. She was doing it all. It's probably going to be a while before we go back!
