The young man that took our order was the very meaning of professionalism...while we were eating we watched him interviewing someone from afar. We realized then, he was some sort of a manager. Inotherwords, the Mount Pleasant Mi. Pickard Street location General Managers hiring practices are second to none.

The food is always great, and the customer service is usually excellent. However, there’s one issue in the mornings—there’s a particular employee who takes orders over the speaker, and she’s very difficult to understand. I’ve spoken with others who’ve had the same experience, so it doesn’t seem to be just me. It might be worth considering having someone else handle the speaker during those hours, as clearer communication would really improve the overall experience.

If I'm scoring this McDonald's compared to the others, it was meh 😐 the nuggets were either over cooked or old. There was more crunch than chicken in the nugget. The coffee was good. The ice cream was also good. But the food was yucky.

Waited for probably 10 minutes to get waited on and they were not busy inside , MORE concerned about drive thru ! Had a chicken sandwich and chicken was over cooked

I would give no star if I could! Every time I go to this place they always mess my order up! Went tonight for a simple order of milk shakes and didn’t even get them all gave me enough straws for what I ordered but no shake won’t go here ever again!!!

Generally I have a decent time with this location, today they missed an item, and didn't include apple slices with the oatmeal like they should. Didn't mention being out of anything just left out my Mcgriddle like it was nothing. I called and they didn't pick up after waiting a decent amount of time. Definitely pissed.

Despite my long wait, customer service was phenomenal. Very patient with customers and apologetic. I was even told to have a great day when I left the restaurant! The burger surprisingly tasted like spaghetti, which I really can't explain. It's happened to me once before at another location, which I guess is just an odd phenomenon! The nuggets and fries were good, though!
