The young man that took our order was the very meaning of professionalism...while we were eating we watched him interviewing someone from afar. We realized then, he was some sort of a manager. Inotherwords, the Mount Pleasant Mi. Pickard Street location General Managers hiring practices are second to none.

The food is always great, and the customer service is usually excellent. However, thereās one issue in the morningsāthereās a particular employee who takes orders over the speaker, and sheās very difficult to understand. Iāve spoken with others whoāve had the same experience, so it doesnāt seem to be just me. It might be worth considering having someone else handle the speaker during those hours, as clearer communication would really improve the overall experience.

If I'm scoring this McDonald's compared to the others, it was meh š the nuggets were either over cooked or old. There was more crunch than chicken in the nugget. The coffee was good. The ice cream was also good. But the food was yucky.

Waited for probably 10 minutes to get waited on and they were not busy inside , MORE concerned about drive thru ! Had a chicken sandwich and chicken was over cooked
