It's honestly hit or miss as to whether or not you're going to have a good experience here, and it's rapidly becoming more misses. If you order a burger, any of them really, it's most likely going to be lopsided or bland, and if you get the nuggets at least one is going to have some kind of cartilage or fat or whatever it is in there. Make sure to double check that you have sauce or that they've given you the correct sauce, as even when there is no one else in the drive through you're likely to have nothing or the wrong kind of sauce.

The young staff member who took our order was friendly however calling every man hon and honey is not necessary. What should be necessary is bringing out hot food, ketchup and napkins, which we didn't get. It must be an ongoing problem there as we overheard another person complaining of food always being cold.

twice now i have ordered extra sauce and received NO sauce on my sandwich. i shouldn't have to completely open it up in the drive thru to ensure i receive the correct product.

The young man that took our order was the very meaning of professionalism...while we were eating we watched him interviewing someone from afar. We realized then, he was some sort of a manager. Inotherwords, the Mount Pleasant Mi. Pickard Street location General Managers hiring practices are second to none.
