Generally I have a decent time with this location, today they missed an item, and didn't include apple slices with the oatmeal like they should. Didn't mention being out of anything just left out my Mcgriddle like it was nothing. I called and they didn't pick up after waiting a decent amount of time. Definitely pissed.

Despite my long wait, customer service was phenomenal. Very patient with customers and apologetic. I was even told to have a great day when I left the restaurant! The burger surprisingly tasted like spaghetti, which I really can't explain. It's happened to me once before at another location, which I guess is just an odd phenomenon! The nuggets and fries were good, though!

I ordered the $5 meal deal with some mods to the burger on a mobile order. I waited 11 minutes in the drive thru line after getting my receipt. It was about 12:30 and very little traffic after the lunch rush. Only 5 other orders came through while I waited. The sandwich was cold, there was a paltry amount of fries and the nuggets were cold as well. They did not appear to be understaffed, I saw at least 6 different employees while I waited. I will avoid this McDonalds and go to any other in the M-46 corridor.

My family is traveling and when stopped for an early lunch. We ordered at the kiosk which to my surprise a disciplinary meeting with managers and an employee was occurring. They were in clear sight of other employees (the employee’s peers), and the discussion was not meant for customers to hear. It made for a very uncomfortable experience. I rushed through the meal to leave as soon as I could. There was another table tucked around the corner that would have been more suitable for a discussion if there was not an office with a closed doo available. I supervise around 50 employees and I would never hold a meeting like this in front of patrons.

i had 2 mobile orders both paid for and when i finally got yo the speaker i asked to have a sausage egg mcmuffin and had brown added to the order it was just before 11 am and she said she had to ring it up seperatly so waited for her to do that and she didn’t then she asked for second code for second order i give it to her and then i was told i couldn’t get the order because breakfast was over. i was in line 8 mins before breakfast was over there was no reason i still couldn’t get breakfast. everytime i go through that mc donald’s there is an issue. i won’t be back!! thank you!!

used to get 6 dipping sauces with 20 piece nugget now you only get 3. was at drive through and employee made a religious comment. the is no place for religious comments. i used to work retail for many years it immediate termination.

I typically have never had any issues with this location up until this summer!! First I'm gonna bring up the order I just got done picking up curbside at noon . I only briefly peaked inside to make everything was there. And unfortunately never notice the most frustrating thing ESPECIALLY bc I wasted my rewards points that I utilize and save up because I'm always on the road and the points allow me save as much of the very minimal I even make.... however I uses them for Free medium French fries.... well I get home and noticed that it's barely HALF full . no none of them are in my bag.
The other time they severely screwed up on was a couple months ago amd I regret not bringing it up or calling the store asap.... I ordered a couple McChickens and well they neglected to apply the literal chicken patties or lettuce they literally gave me buns with mayo... how does this happen?
