The young staff member who took our order was friendly however calling every man hon and honey is not necessary. What should be necessary is bringing out hot food, ketchup and napkins, which we didn't get. It must be an ongoing problem there as we overheard another person complaining of food always being cold.
The young man that took our order was the very meaning of professionalism...while we were eating we watched him interviewing someone from afar. We realized then, he was some sort of a manager. Inotherwords, the Mount Pleasant Mi. Pickard Street location General Managers hiring practices are second to none.
Despite my long wait, customer service was phenomenal. Very patient with customers and apologetic. I was even told to have a great day when I left the restaurant!
The burger surprisingly tasted like spaghetti, which I really can't explain. It's happened to me once before at another location, which I guess is just an odd phenomenon! The nuggets and fries were good, though!
