We come to Flat Rock once, if not twice every week! Had never had a bad experience. Last night we had a new (to us) server, Hector and he was PHENOMENAL! He was extremely nice, checked on us numerous times, just an amazing guy who clearly loves his job. It was our son’s birthday and Hector brought him out dessert with a candle fully ready to sing to him. Thank you again Flat Rock for the amazing time, and Hector for being so amazing with our kiddo and making his day special!

The Surf & Turf omelet was flavorful and generously portioned, and the eggs Benedict came with perfectly runny yolks. Their raspberry truffle latte was unlike anything I’ve tried elsewhere—rich, aromatic, and totally unique.

You never get a second chance at a first impression. Flat Rock is spot on. Great service, very busy for a Sunday late afternoon, family and child friendly. The food we had, the flavor profiles are excellent. The Cajun pasta was delicious, the chili had good flavor and the Sunday sharable beef nachos were really good. The dessert tray is a must, if you have room, the portions are generous with a moderate price point. Looking forward to trying other items on an very versatile menu.
