Went on a Friday evening and thought we would have to wait forever. We were seated right away. Our orders were taken right away. Server was great. Food was amazing. We also enjoyed the entertainment.
Ever since you switched to beef tallow in the fryers, everything tastes incredible. I had the chicken tenders and mozzarella rounds this weekend, and the flavor and crispiness were on another level (much better than the pre-tallow era chicken tenders).
Please keep the tallow! Not only does it make a huge difference in taste and texture, but it’s also a cleaner, more stable fat compared to seed oils. You can truly taste the quality in every bite.

My dad and I went here for lunch and loved our experience. We got the thai chicken lettuce wraps for an appetizer and I was pleasantly surprised, as I usually don't care for lettuce.
