Why can’t you all hire kids that can read a damn label? These kids just are like robots, we make everything the way we want it. Been here for 15 freaking minutes for 2 frappe’s because the kid can’t read NO WHIPPED CREAM! They make us pull forward and then brings me my drink with no straw. You’re only as good as your manager! We are done with the Edwardsburg McDonald’s! Maybe the manager needs to go to the Granger location to see how well it’s ran.

This McDonald's is going for most unpleasant eating establishment around. They are also slow and their food was really mediocre for fast food (soggy fries, stale buns)

Waited 10+ minutes to be helped inside for a drink and breakfast sandwhich. I’m patient and didn’t mind the wait but when the manager came out she was extremely snappy and rude that I waited at counter rather than using kiosk.

Prioritizing drive through is one thing but I waited 8 minutes for a medium fry and a coke in the lobby after placing my order, and 5 minutes of that was with an empty drive-thru. You also didn't salt the fries after they were taken out.
Stop prioritizing drive-thru and process orders as close to the order they are taken as possible if you want customers to return.
Ordered Sunday at 11:18am received our order at 11:44am and it was wrong

Well, they've renovated it again and taken away even more seats... and the pop machine. It gets smaller inside after every reno. One more reno, and we'll have to sit outside or in the bathroom. Only three tables left at the front and a couple by the bathroom; getting closterphobic. Also lost the sweet round family table... should have invested in a floor cleaner so the floors weren't so damn slippery...very disappointed.

This place is a disaster. I ate here today 12/28/24 about 3:30pm and everything was dirty. Two tables had leftover garbage on them and another one had an empty garbage bag left on it for some reason. The floor was disgusting with litter and the whole time, the staff was chatting with some coworker who came in off shift for some food. Showed up in what I'd consider to be her pajamas and immediately went back behind the counter into the kitchen and no one seemed to care in the slightest. Not trying to be a male Karen, but I'm sure that McDonald's expects better than that when they allow someone to run a franchise of their business.
