WORST TACO BELL EVER!! They no longer take orders at the counter. They force you to use their kiosk and the order is wrong EVERY TIME!! God forbid you would have a 'special order' that the kiosk can't comprehend!! Would be much easier to talk to a person. Try to maneuver a special order on kiosk (10 minutes). Wait for order (12 minutes). Order is WRONG (big surprise). Wait another 10 minutes for correct order after you have to explain it to a person. Just think of all the time you could save ordering through a person in the first place!! Never going back there. All other Taco Bells offer the option: Counter or Kiosk!! This will be a good thing to report to Corporate!!

Dirty as all get out food was descent but a little the sauce was leaking all over the place before I even took it out of the package took to long , good for drive thru I guess but I wouldn't trust the sanitary of the kitchen the employee were also unsociable and kinda rude

Nice quaint little taco bell. Not a bad restaurant but you can only order at a kiosk now, and every taco bell kiosk is sticky because they dont clean them, and when or I'd they do, they don't clean them well. Food was as it should be, restaurant was as it should be, please allow me to order face to face.

Cinnamon twists tasted off, like burnt or rancid. A couple hours later I started feeling pretty sick, shaking and vomiting, pretty sure they gave me food poisoning. Also you have to use the kiosk inside, no one will take your order at the counter

Taco Bell the person was rude and made me go get my boyfriend to show her the DoorDash thing even though it was a Mobil order then we get back home and our food is cold.
Messed up my order 6 times before getting it right these people need to learn how to do there jobs

Loved in the area for over a decade and seen how it's went from the more restaurant vibe to the vibe it is now.
The atmosphere is cold and unhuman, like most modern business are and there are only kiosks to order from, no human contact at all. What is what the corpos want, get your food and get out.
The service going through the drive through is pretty good though, food comes by pretty quick and I haven't had a bad experience in the years. I hear cleanliness is something that is really important to management, so I have some confidence that my food is safe.
The thing that really gets me to write a review however is the hours. This location is particularly varys wildly day by day on when it seems their open. Sometimes they do stay open till 1am like they say they do, sometimes they're closed at 10pm and you won't know until you go. I get that the workers have a life to live, but y'all used to be nearly 24hrs.

What is so hard about ordering a burrito without sour cream? Two chicken enchilada burritos with no sour cream and both of them had sour cream but only a little bit at one end so the last bite of each burrito was sour cream idiots.

Went inside because it had been some time since I had been there and wasn't sure about the menu options, and there is no option to speak with someone inside. Must be ordered at the kiosk. Said the kiosk is not user friendly, at least to a first time user. Left in frustration and used the drive-thru. Instead of several items, just got a pack of tacos. They lost a sale and future customer at this location.
