The food is very nasty.The hard shells are stale.Chalupas are like bricks , very old , and it seems like the kids Rather be on their phones. And gossip, then worrying about the job that they're being paid to do, these kids have to have some kind of common sense. If you're not going to eat that garbage, don't serve it, that is a rip-off to us. People that go out and work hard for our money to wanna eat dinner, then have to eat these kids as garbage because they don't care about people.

I just went to Taco Bell here in Edwardsburg and it was great! We ordered a couple of Mexican pizza's and a cantina bowl. They were well made and good portion size. Sometimes it's a little iffy there but the crew today at 5 were on point. Very nice and polite service as well. Good job!

Tables were dirty. Taco was given to me and it was in three pieces. people sucked. The quesadilla was packaged poorly and hit the ground. They wouldn't remake it so we left unfilled and unhappy.... I usually love Taco bell but this one sucks so bad!!!

Absolutely horrible spent $30 there didn’t get half of my order right worst taco bell ever!
WORST TACO BELL EVER!! They no longer take orders at the counter. They force you to use their kiosk and the order is wrong EVERY TIME!! God forbid you would have a 'special order' that the kiosk can't comprehend!! Would be much easier to talk to a person. Try to maneuver a special order on kiosk (10 minutes). Wait for order (12 minutes). Order is WRONG (big surprise). Wait another 10 minutes for correct order after you have to explain it to a person. Just think of all the time you could save ordering through a person in the first place!! Never going back there. All other Taco Bells offer the option: Counter or Kiosk!! This will be a good thing to report to Corporate!!

Dirty as all get out food was descent but a little the sauce was leaking all over the place before I even took it out of the package took to long , good for drive thru I guess but I wouldn't trust the sanitary of the kitchen the employee were also unsociable and kinda rude

literally terrible . probably by far the WORST taco bell around . messed my food up 3 times , copped terrible attitude bc THEY clear as day can’t read a receipt.
