Stood at the counter for 8 and a 1/2 minutes, almost 10 minutes. They were concentrating more on their guardash, and their drive through and could have cared less about the front counter. Another gentleman that was there had been there for over 20 minutes, waiting for his food and had actually advised me to find somewhere else to eat. Because I wouldn't be getting served. And he was right. Several employees stood directly in front of me, didn't even acknowledge. I was there and my order was never taken. I never did. I would have gotten any food because they never would have taken the order one of the rudest burger kings.I've ever been to across the country.

I just wanna give a shout out to dan at Burger King in escanaba youre an all star! Gave a great recommendation for the new brisket whopper and it was great! I could tell from years of working in kitchens and running them hes a hard worker and was really moving keep up the great work man 5 stars to you Give that man a raise he deserves it

Apparently it takes 16 minutes to make 2 original chicken sandwiches and a large fry I'm definitely not impressed and the fries weren't very warm

The food is pretty good and the drinks but it is really expensive. There is like no staff maybe 3 people there so it took so long for our food. It was probably like a 45 minute to an hour wait.

Either I was very hungry, or this was the fast food best burger (Whopper, Jr.) and onion rings I have had in a LONG time. The beef was cooked properly and not dried out. The rings were hot, crispy, and delicious. Thank you, Miss Sheila. We will visit again when we pass through Escanaba again.

I normally give BK great reviews and today I ordered the Flame & Flight combo with an extra Dragon Flame-grilled Whopper, I added 12pc Fiery Dragon Mozzarella Fries and chose 1 Ranch dipping sauce and 1 Buffalo dipping sauce. I placed this order with the Burger King mobile app. I went to get my order and before getting it I gave a 5 star review on the app saying the crew at Escanaba is the best, they Rule and is the best service I can get. Then I get my order and go home to find…. NO DIPPING SAUCES!! Not one and no napkins! I am aware that this BK has often run with minimal crew and they do the best they can, but those sauces are listed on my receipt and to miss them … wow! Maybe I’ll wait until I get my order before giving a great review next time.

I now know why this Burger king has so few cars when I go by. Have it your way BS. I asked for an original chicken sandwich with only lettuce and tomato on it nothing else, cheese sticks and onion rings. I got home and no Tomatoes on sandwich and it had the mayo on which I do not like. I took one bite and had to spit it out the breading on the sandwich was mush, like it was not cooked all the way and the same for the cheese sticks. The only good thing I can say is that the onion rings were very good. I wil never go to this Burger King again.
