Chenier's Reef is a welcoming and lively restaurant that caters to both the conventional and the unconventional. The clean and straightforward setting offers a pleasant midday respite, with a touch of quirkiness that adds to its charm. The establishment is known for its friendly staff, excellent service, and a nod to the area's drinking heritage and tradition. The young barmaid is very friendly, and the bartender is awesome, offering great conversation and recommendations for the area. The place is very clean, including the bathrooms, and you can't beat dollar mugs of beer, pop tabs, and pizza with a pitcher. The layout is loved by visitors, though some note an old beer smell. Many plan to return soon, maybe on a Wednesday.
