Although the staff are always super friendly and my order is always correct, this store is always messy. Tables dirty, junk on floors, condiment station full of yuck. Even the bathroom (women’s) counter top is sopping wet. They have plenty of staff but there is never any urgency about cleaning. Gross

I used to be a solely a butter burger guy, till I found out about their Rubens which was way better. Today I tried the Chicken cashew salad, forget the butter burger, forget the Ruben. This salad beat them both. Everything was crisp, ordered the blue cheese dressing and it was thick and rich (I was surprised) chicken was very tasty (would love to know there recipe) it was big enough I could not finish it and it came with a cover so I can bring leftovers with me!!!

This was very disappointing... the burger was sloppy messy and the bun fell apart while eating. Too much mayo??? Burgers too greasy??? Not sure what else would cause it. The wait time was more than usual. We usually LOVE Culvers, but not this time.

It was ICE COLD in the restaurant. Everyone was talking about it, including the manager on duty, who suggested we move away from the vents. Unfortunately that wasn't possible.
Sat for over 30 minutes waiting for food. Saw people after us get food eat and leave. Terrible service.

I discovered Culver’s when we built a summer home on the Michigan Upper Peninsula in 2008. We come from Texas to enjoy cooler weather and stay from June through August. We never drive past the Escanaba Culver’s without stopping for a grilled chicken salad or sandwich and a hot fudge sundae. The chicken in my last two meals was very rubbery and the two scoop Sundae was the size of a single scoop. It has caused me to think that portions have been reduced as the Sundae’s from other Culver locations also seem smaller this year. I don’t know the reason for the rubbery chicken. I might return for a Sundae if they will serve 2 full scoops of frozen custard. No more rubbery chicken meals for me.

Was very disappointed with service. Ended up walking out. 3 tills and only 1 in service with a large line of customers waiting to order. At meal time there should have more than 1 open when some people are in a hurry. This has happened to us twice in the last week. Will think twice before we return.

I ordered the 1 piece cod meal because they are normally big pieces. This is what I got!! Plus it was very over cooked and dried out. The fork is for size reference! I had gone through the drive thru. I should've gone back, just didn't have time.
