These guys showed up today and that matters. So many places are closed because they don’t have help due to the snow and these guys showed up. Even one who was on vacation. As passersby my wife and I are grateful we could get a hot meal. Thank you guys!!!

Normally pretty decent about orders and deliveries, but had an order tell me driver left the store and it took them about an hour to get to me (i live close) , and food was cold when it arrived, the sauce i get charged to go with the breads ticks didn't even get delivered. Disappointed.

i usually really enjoy the alfredo. there’s been MANY times where i don’t get like any sauce at all, but i just have dealt with it. the last THREE times i have ordered it’s been messed up. the last bite of one had pineapple, and then they gave me a completely different pasta i had ordered the next time. they messed it up again today. there’s pineapple and mushroom. mind you i get CHICKEN ALFREDO every single time. and every time ive come in for a mess up they say “so should we remake it?” what do you think? i came back j to show them or what? ridiculous is all i can say. i’ve been disappointed way too much i will be going to gladstone from now on. there has been plenty times where i go to pick up and workers are gossiping instead of helping people inside. the place is basically run by teenage boys atp. oh and 80% of the time my pasta bowl is only half full. i am sick of getting ripped off.
My food was half passed put together my specialty chicken looked like a pile of slop with some pieces being soggy my cheesy bread barely had cheese in it definitely wasn't evenly placed and the sandwich was no better I will never order here again after this experience they need new employees asap just cause someone places an order at 1130 doesn't mean you half ass the job

Staff and food are always fantastic
Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian pizza and if you watch them make the food you'll see they're very careful about making sure no meat is anywhere near the veggie pizzas.
Dietary restrictions: They're very careful about food allergies. And they have a gluten free crust option.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. They have an area where kids can watch the pizzas being made and a chalk board for them to color on.

Ordered online and the website kept telling me my
Order was delivered I called to check on my order and the person who answered the phone was not very nice. Redid my website so I seen it showed again it was delivered and I called and check again and the person answering the phone was very rude and says I told you our app was not working right. There is a difference I was on your website not the app. Wasn’t impressed with how the person answering the phone handled the situtation. Not a customer service person. Something needs to be done.. on top of my food was not very hot when I got it.

Horrible service. We are here at the fair and yesterday morning the guy was awesome let us place a special order to pick up at the tent when they go their next run for the fair . Went back in evening to place one and he said they weren’t doing any more order for the night but that the guy shouldn’t have done that earlier..okay. Went back today (early) and was told nope we dont do that and the girl said “I’m just here to supervise” When we have done this for years now during fair week being a vendor. But when I call to place an order to have it delivered here they would bring my order to their dominos tent anyway but charge me a delivery fee and make me come get it still oh plus they make sure to tell you to tip the driver. Nope no more dominos eat at papa Murphy or Mata’s pizza better people
