Horrible! Stay away. Will never be back. Charging for chips and salsa? Seriously? Nothing like it was years ago...

worst resturant we have ever went to in 45 years, we were asked if want chips & salsa when getting seated, ended up getting charged for them, both were store bought. only able to drink 1/4 of my coke with odd taste, maybe cleaner taste. waited 45 minutes for the salad to come out, food came out 5 - 10 minutes later, small portions for the price, which was ok since it was hard to eat what was there. food was cold, not much flavor. water was the best part of the meal. there were only 2 other tables at the time we went in, save time & money, eat somewhere else.

Food was terrible did not even get my complete order , I ordered this food for my sons birthday, very disappointed

Ordered nacho supreme and didn't get it till we were ready to leave . Then the cook made it with the wrong meat so we would have had to wait again. We paid for our margaritas and left without dinner!!!

First of all, what Mexican restaurant chargers for chips n salsa? We arrived around 6:30pm on a Saturday night. We should have known it wasn't going to be good when the place had four tables including us. They ran out of ice. Food took forever. We were told it would be out "shortly" three times. Finally we were told it would be "right out" and it took almost another 15 mins. We are seriously concerned we may get food poisoning. My father inlaws rice was cold. My wife's food looked very unappetizing and she could barely eat it. My chimmichanga was bland and unseasoned. One of the other servers was literally watching videos on her phone out in the dining room. That same server said very loudly as she walked back into the kitchen about a customer that came in shortly after 7pm, "We close at 8.... And I sure as hell ain't staying late". Do yourself a favor and go to La Cantina instead.

Awesome atmosphere, beautiful decor, good chips and truly great salsa. How is the food? I don't know, im still waiting for it after an hour and 2 minutes. I can see 3 tables filled, none of which have gotten their food either. I can only eat so many baskets of chips guys cmon i wanted to leave 30 minutes ago. The waitress was very kind and helpful and it seems like she might appreciate a coworker or two, she's handing everything including hosting.Update:Got my food and it was truly the worst thing ive eaten in at least 2 years. I didn't realize there was a national shortage of seasonings, and i also didnt realize that ground beef is apparently cooked with so much water and so little salt that you may as well eat a wet napkin. If i sqeeze ground beef fat should come out, not water. I could go on but in short it was just disgusting, not a single thing was seasoned and it was oily as saudi arabia. If you're considering this restaurant i implore you to please go down the street and get some good tasting food at higher quality and lower prices from Taco bell, on top of better food they also only make you wait a max of 5 minutes. I have an extreme amount of contempt for this establishment as nobody could be this incompetent naturally, someone made the decision to produce this slop, and it says something that when i took the copious leftovers home my chickens didn't even want to eat the piss poor beans and veggies. Whoever made the food that was placed in front of me should feel a deep and lasting shame.

Chimichanga was covered in salsa to the point it was soggy and just tasted like straight vinegar.

This used to be a destination for us but boy has it changed. Food was not good at all. We actually didn't eat much of any of it after waiting almost 90mins with 4 small tables in restaurant. Waitstaff was not attentive at all to any of the tables in the restaurant. We didn't complain and left our server a great tip and decided that was our last visit.

Terrible service, mediocre food on top of charging for chips & salsa AND a credit card service fee.
