On a 10 hour drive, I thought my family and I would stop for a quick meal halfway through. It was busy and took about 15 minutes to get our sandwiches, which would be fine except I'm so used to Jimmy John's being freaky fast. The server then called out a sandwich several times, but I was busy with my baby. I finally got up to the counter to grab my sandwich (after the impatient server called out the sandwich a couple more times) and another worker very rudely scolded me that it wasn't my sandwich to take. Long story short, the food we eventually got was delicious but I wouldn't have high expectations for fast or friendly service.

I ordered delivery for lunch today. There was a pretty big error with my order. I called the location and the staff worked with me to identify the problem. They then quickly arranged for a driver to deliver my correct order with no additional fee. Thanks!

I went inside and it was so noisy it was difficult hear what the counter person was saying. They are not doing the after 2 combo deal. Left without purchasing anything.
