Came for lunch (great sandwiches, btw) and left my purse. Drove 2 hours before realizing it. When I returned to pick it up, staff reopened the door for me since they had already closed. I will always be grateful for their honesty and integrity.

I think Jimmy John subs are superior to any other chain. I could count only a few times I have had any problems with the actual food and have always enjoyed it.I’ve had many unfortunate customer service problems in the last year though that has deterred me from ordering. One of the worst experiences happened about two months ago when a delivery driver showed up to my porch with a cigarette lit while carrying my food. This would have never been acceptable when I worked there...
