We were in town and waited around for 10:30 so we could order the chicken, only to find out the hours posted on your sight were not correct. If it states 10:30 you don’t open at 11:00.

These people that work here obviously have no skills in reading. We placed an online order and of course as expected they messed it up. How hard is it to make an order correctly. We ordered saucy nuggets and were given plain dry as hell nuggets. There were no additional sauces in our bag. Plus they didn’t give us a straw for our drink. Disappointing.

I got food from there then I drove a half hour to my house I picked up my drink to get out of the car and because the drive through person didn't put the lid on all the way so them when I picked it up it fell as spilled all over my food and I called to get a refund and they refused to give me one then I called back and they refused to answer my call because it went straight to voice-mail and this is after also waiting 10 minutes in the drive through because they wouldn't take my order the drive thought worker was also rude and the person who picked up was also rude I rarely go to KFC and this will probably be one of my last times I purchase anything from this restaurant unless they do something about this behavior I also mentioned on the phone that I live a half hour out of town and I told him I would not be able to go back to town again today and he refused to give me a refund and would not even answer the phone when I has someone else call for me don't recommend customer service is awful and my famous bowl was half full
