|| Go through the drive-thru || This was an odd experience. I walk into the KFC and there was what I assume was a manager handing out food to a lady who I also assume was a DoorDash or GrubHub driver. There was also a worker who was putting coins in a drawer 1 by 1 in front of us instead of helping us. Then after about 5 minutes the manager person took our order. We ordered for here and when our food was ready they placed our food in a tray on the counter. Did not call our number or bring it to our table. Great food, but just go through the drive-thru. Nice interior though! I ALSO DIDN'T GET A COOKIE!!!!Vegetarian options: This is probably self explanitoryDietary restrictions: Everything is fried so no gluten free.

Haven't been in a long time. So here's my experience: 13 minutes to order, ( only 2 cars ahead of us) 20 minutes to window, paid, sent around to front door for order waiting for fresh biscuits 5 more minutes then park. Go in to the counter - 20 bags sitting there. "what did you order?". 6 piece meal deal. Paid 21 + dollars. Pick a bag. "Oh this looks like it". Ordered original. Got home with extra crispy. Only 5 pieces. What we got was edible. Not worth the long wait. I won't be back. Terrible service. One guy standing around in the back with hands in pockets. . People going on break during high dinner hours. Manager you got to schedule better or list apx wait times. NO ONE wants to wait 45 minutes for drive thru chicken. FYI the man who walked in to order when we went in the drive thru line came out while we were parked by the front door waiting for the biscuits. So he saved 5 minutes. In 45 minutes I can have chicken dinner ready at home and save 20 bucks. Very disappointed. I can recommend nothing. Drive on.
When you show up for a 8 PC, and they say all we have is tenders, and we close in 30 but we're not making your order.We agree you're open, cook the food or have enough to make it through your hours of operation.Here I'll give my money to Domino's they understand that if they are open they have food for the customers that show up.

Now in all fairness have not eaten in a KFC in more than 20 years and was very, very disappointed. Not at every aspect of dining here. Staff was passively friendly and when dealing with customers and the cleanliness of the building was fair and acceptable. However, this is KFC! and the quality of the "Chicken" served here was "HORRIBLE". It was over-battered with a thick, mushy, saturated with seed oil (dripping with oil!) COLD oil, cold chicken that was very small pieces of chicken once you removed the thick, oily batter and the unnatural amount of additional fat (injected into parts where chickens DO NOT have fat).This was NOT the "Kentucky Fried Chicken" I remember from decade ago! I can honestly say that the upset stomach I suffered from for a few hours was more enjoyable than this abomination of over-processed insult to chicken and the quality KFC was originally founded on..Never Again! The Chicken here was Disgusting!Dietary restrictions: Heart issues or Diabetes? STAY AWAY! There is nothing remotely healthy about dining here...

It’s pretty horrible when you have to ask to have your chicken sandwiches extra done because they’re raw 80% of the time and then when you order a meal you don’t get your whole meal and you’ve waited 20 some minutes. Then when you call them, they don’t pick up the phone. After decades of eating kfc on a regular basis 3-10 times a month I will no longer give you my businessParking: It’s just a nightmare, trying to get in and out of the place. if you’re short on time, just keep driving

I got food from there then I drove a half hour to my house I picked up my drink to get out of the car and because the drive through person didn't put the lid on all the way so them when I picked it up it fell as spilled all over my food and I called to get a refund and they refused to give me one then I called back and they refused to answer my call because it went straight to voice-mail and this is after also waiting 10 minutes in the drive through because they wouldn't take my order the drive thought worker was also rude and the person who picked up was also rude I rarely go to KFC and this will probably be one of my last times I purchase anything from this restaurant unless they do something about this behavior I also mentioned on the phone that I live a half hour out of town and I told him I would not be able to go back to town again today and he refused to give me a refund and would not even answer the phone when I has someone else call for me don't recommend customer service is awful and my famous bowl was half full

The staff was very friendly.I ordered the 16 pcs with half regular and half crispy. The regular batter was too salty.The sides were good especially the mashed potato and gravy.The washroom could be taken care off more appropriately.

Was there in Friday haven't gone to kfc in a few years and I have to say I was very disappointed you're food sucks definitely not worth spending money on my dogs won't even eat that crap I'd never recommend anyone to get food at this place your chicken tastes like rubber and it was not worth paying for
