Absolutely awful customer service. Walked in, two workers at a side counter flirting. Not one person said hello we will be right with you. Ignored the fact I was even in the building. Another person walks in still nothing. The girl finally comes around a horrible attitude while approaching me. This place gets worse and worse every time we come here..

Bread sticks were hard, eviline the worker then told us that the don’t have red pepper packets and don’t have Parmesan. So I said “you guys put Parmesan on the bread sticks can I just get a side cup since you won’t give out Parmesan packets, she said nope we don’t do that. This is the third time I’ve came here and had bad service or bad food. Don’t recommend going to this location. Parking spaces are hard even to find depending on the time of day.
Parking: Very hard to find parking at certain time of day and super close together.

Escanaba used to be one of the best Little Caesars I’ve been to, and lately, for about 1-2 years it’s been horrible. There is literally no sauce on the pizzas and they skimp on everything else also. I was so happy to find they were a good franchise when I moved here in 2018 and have been great up until the past couple years. Not sure that I’ll be coming back here. I think I’ll just stick to Oven King or going to Gladstone for Main Street, if they continue to make their pizzas and breadsticks properly! Not sure what has happened lately. $30 of food, and no sauce on pizzas and barely any toppings from what pictures show! And these pizzas are no longer cheap! I can go to Domino’s or Pizza Hut for better pizza for less and get more for it!

This is my local little caesars, and it's not very often.I go there anymore. I just happen to be with someone getting a haircut next door and thought.I'll give it another chance. The store is not very well lit did not look like it was opened at all. It was rather dirty looking inside. I ordered my pizza. The young man did not make eye contact and was very rude. I had asked to add 3 free extra sauces to my order. And he acts like it was a chore As he took a deep breath And sighed. He did question why I wanted three sauces and made a point to tell me I had to pay extra for them, which I already knew. Technically, my answer should have been. Your pizza is so overcooked and dry.I need sauce to dunk it into just to make it taste better. So I thought they would give it another chance and I decided I will not be returning. They have not changed. My pizza was way overcooked. Looked like it had been sitting there for hours. It was so dry, it was horrible. I was glad I got The extra sauces the pizza was dry. Just as it always had been before.

I ordered a deep dish. When I got the pizza, it was missing the crust..... no big deal mistakes happen, right? So when I showed them, they were rude and said it stuck to the pan, insinuating I'm making a big deal about it. After asking what I'm going to do about it, I just decided getting my money back was the way to go. Sadly, I'm boycotting this place now. Manager was annoyed with me. Check photos.....

Meal deal for one pizza, breadsticks, a 2 liter and 2 sauce cups was $23. Really high compared to other locations. Pizza was hour old, not hot and ready lol. And they didn’t have cups to give you to go with the purchased 2 liter.
They don't have hot-in-ready. We had to wait 15 minutes.

Food poisoning from the Italian cheese bread, when I told the business they were not sympathetic at all and I was very ill. It was the only thing that I ate the whole day , and sternly expressed this to the manager and all she had to say is well no one else complained . Very disappointed I was non stop throwing up for 3 days even water I had to be admitted to emergency room because I couldn’t keep fluids down . I will never eat there again

I went in there, asked for a pizza to go stop the pizza got at home. It was so dried out. I don’t know how people can sell food like that. The chicken and wings were awesome but that pizza pizza I am so disappointment.

Katie the pizza girl is amazing! Always wonderful to see and be around. Some of the other staff could definitely use customer service training. They always have good warm food. I always make sure to call and order mine in instead of just walking in!
