Yep, it's a McDonalds, just like thousands of others.

Seating area is much larger than some and slightly nicer. Service was on the good end of expected. Everything else was spot-on average.

The parking lot is small and narrow, and good luck getting in or out if a semi is delivering supplies like it was today.

They're a joke taken forever to make 2 meals. Make another car's weight other workers are too busy. Putting stuff away instead of helping cook food to get to the customers. They're waiting in line for over twenty minutes now they're pathetic

Honestly the night shift crew has no idea what there doing. Got a medium fry ended up with it only half filled up which is ridiculous. Then I've been served undercooked meat too many times to count which is even more ridiculous you can get very sick from that. Nothing is ever done about it.

Warm and clean joint, hot fries for this cold day-however, Military discount is not offered at this location per the manager! McDonalds should be standard-all locations should thank a vet!

The ice cream machine is broken yet again 3 weeks in a row. I went to this location and its owned by the same owner. These McDonald's are owned by the same person, I'm here at Gladstones and it's working just fine. It's it's always broken, get a new machine. Tax Wright off.

Why is it that every time you want to go to McDonald's at this location, that the ice cream machine is always out of service or not working. Me and my boyfriend went to go get mcflurries for our family and the lady at the speaker said that the ice cream machine was not working. Maybe it's time to get a new machine. That's bad business when it's a very popular item on menu. Get your head I'm the game and make sure your equipment is up to date. Very disappointed McDonald's.

Purposefully served undercooked meat to maintain minimum turn around time for drive through. Do not go here if you see more than 3 cars in drive through, they will not cook your food. I ordered 2 burgers and EACH one had 1 fully cooked and one Undercooked burger. Seems purposeful to me.

I ordered through the mobile app without an issue. When I arrived at the restaurant, they were completely closed. There was no notice on the app that they were closed. It shouldn’t have even allowed the purchase. Now I have to wait 1-7 days for a refund for the canceled order that shouldn’t have been able to go through in the first place.

I have used the mobile app many time and many places. We travel a lot for sports, vacations and shopping. I have never been asked to stop at the first window, which I absolutely would but I have always been told to pull up to the second window. We had a long day and decided to place a mobile order for the kids for our hour ride home. I placed my order on the app and when I arrived I gave the code. I was not asked to stop at the first window and told to pull around. The person at the first window didn’t seem to be anticipating me and I went to the second window. I knew something was wrong when they handed me the wrong drink. The girl at the window was very nice but confused. She brought over a guy, I’m assuming the manager. He was VERY rude, condescending and was talking to me like I was stupid. I tried to apologize and explain that I have never had to stop at other McDonald’s. He just turned away as I was talking and said, “just give her, her food”. Absolutely rude
