The two girls working I know where very busy but hanging up on people who call is not right or the fact that they called the new guy a dumb ass because he’s new and dose not know what he is doing yet or getting bitchy with People who come to the window saying there foods not done. Also the fact of telling the new one to unplug the phone and getting pissy with him when he can’t figure it out. Like I know what it feels like working in a very busy restaurant but that’s how u stay short staffed is by being so rude to new people.

It's a subway and not much different from thousands of other locations. But - it had quite good service, definitely above the chain average. And its location is incredible. Like the single best location in all of Escanaba. Seriously, this is the best corner of the biggest intersection in the whole town, and the parking lot is still fairly easy to get in and out of. That's worth almost a star right there.

I normally love this location. However, today when I picked up my order, my sandwich had no lettuce on it. I tried calling the store 3 times. No answer.
If I could give this fewer stars, I would. Came in and waited over 20 mins to make 2 subs in front of me. Finally walked out. Maybe if you stop talking and work, you will get more stars.

My wife and I visited this restaurant and were immediately greeted with a rude and dismissive attitude from the staff. We were asked if we needed to see the manager for no apparent reason, which was both unnecessary and off-putting.
Throughout our visit, the staff continued to exhibit a lack of professionalism and courtesy. When we requested better service, we were met with further rudeness and dismissive behavior. Additionally, the vegetable table was not stocked, and when we politely asked the staff to restock it, we were treated with frustration.
To make matters worse, our order was initially messed up, and despite our attempts to confirm the accuracy of our order, the staff made the same mistake again. After paying and leaving, we realized the error and returned to the restaurant to rectify the issue.
Upon our return, we requested to speak with the manager, but were met with more rudeness and refused the opportunity to address our concerns. Instead, we were forced to speak with the newest and youngest employee, who was incredibly unprofessional and told us to stop talking rudely.
When we attempted to file a complaint, we were told to simply leave and never return. This is unacceptable behavior from a reputable company like Subway.
I have been a loyal customer of Subway for over 20 years, and I have never experienced such a negative encounter. The staff at this particular location clearly need additional training and guidance on how to treat customers with respect.
Online ordering is not good especially when you wait a decent amount over the time it says that they will bring the food out via curbside. I’ve had to go in almost everytime I do curbside here. They need to pay attention and read the word “curbside” when doing orders.

Starting off with the food it's the quality you would expect for the price your paying. It's good and fills your tummy. Service is always outstanding, the past 6 months I've probably been there 20+ times. Sometimes they're swamped and short staffed, but they are always polite with a smile on their face. So the service is absolutely amazing. The atmosphere like I said before it's subway , who never know who you will see in there. Maybe your friend , enemy, celebrity, homeless. You know what your going there for just enjoy it.

The online ordering sucks. Never have my order ready when they say it will be. Have waited 30 min after the estimated pickup time.
Closes early without publishing hours. Hopefully when you pass through they decide to be open ?♂️
If you would pay someone a better salary this place might be good ag6. The veggies are horrible, the servers need more training

Went to order my food on the app ahead of time thirty minutes go by so I go down there foods not ready they are serving to other people then tell me that there’s no more tuna for one of my subs not liking the way this place has turned out.
