Placed on order online to be picked up I needed sauces on the side for my sub as I usually can’t eat the whole thing, guy noticed after he made it so he had to remake it.. get home to it being only meat and cheese on this sub no vegetables whatsoever tried to call multiple times to being forwarded after 2 rings. Glad I wasted $12 on just meat and cheese and they can’t be bothered to pick up the phone to fix their mistake all I want is some damn veggies on the side so it’s edible but nah they can’t even do that… guy was to busy shooting bull with someone else to remember how he was suppose to make the sub that he just screwed up on…

There was nore lettuce on the sandwich than meat, the girl acted like she was doing me a favor. Made the sandwich then walked in the back room. Had to wait for another lady to take my money after she got her own bag of chips for her own lunch. She didn't know what I got do had to repeat my order. This is the subway on so Ludington st. I will never go there again. D&M subs gets my business from now on.
My brother and I had a delayed flight and were placed at the hotel down the road, we walked to subway and got there 10 minutes before close. We expected to be greeted by someone who was slightly annoyed due to us coming in so late but instead we were greeted by an amazing worker named Sebastian. Not only was he funny and kept us laughing but made our food very well, the customer service was impeccable! I would definitely come back to this subway just to have the pleasure of talking to him again!

Very dirty location , stuff don’t change gloves . Shelves everything dirty . Seems like they don’t clean or don’t know what is to work in clean area .
