Went inside to place an order with a human I guess in this pathetic generation your not allowed to do that. T Hell went all digital with kiosk machines. I won't be going back, I'm not willing to support your Mark of the beast digital system.

My dad came through tonight while I was hammered, and I asked for two five layer burritos with no beans and no sour cream. He asked for the sour cream on the side like the boomer he is and it looked like it would cost extra. I said don’t worry about it. He ordered a free taco with the bark river football card and a senior citizen discount. We got home and go two tacos and two sides of sour cream. He is old and won’t appreciate it but I will. Thank you again for making our night.
This is an stars, don’t make me pull around the building, BY MYSELF, to wait for my food. “It affects our time.” It makes no sense. No one else is here. This is on the franchise owners and cooperate. Not the workers. This is embarrassing. We can stay in the drive thru window and wait for our food. Not at the “Mobile Order 1” sign. Tell the Franchisee to kick rocks. Very embarrassing.
It's taco bell. Can't really say good priced aince everythings jacked up like 100% or more from original pricing of things, and thr quality has not gotten better. App order food to be told on arrival they don't have 50% of it or not be told at all. But if u want a quick taco or burrito and later 💩 your brains out later , its taco bell. But at least it's better if only slightly Than mcdonalds.
Updated review: ordered something and they completely left over half of what was ordered out of the bag, called store about it and they said nothing they can do about it since I had left. Never returning to this location.

On 11-22-24 ordered Cheesy Toasted Burrito with Sausage Crumbles, Order# 41. Got down the road and had no sausage crumbles! Kinda sux.

I think they drive through is a joke two times in a week and they screwed up my order and they think they are worth 15 dollars an hour !! Don't think so
