Almost never gets my order right. I always order no nacho cheese sauce and half the time they add it anyways. I also order no beans for applicable items and they add it. But worst of all they have a 90% chance of messing up my crunchwrap order. I choose the ADD chicken option and just about everytime with out fail they REPLACE the beef with the chicken instead. So not only am I paying more for the chicken to be added, but then they don't even give me the beef AND chicken. Just the chicken. Please hire people that can read :(

Best Taco Bell I have eaten at. Hot, fresh food. Good proportion sizes. The tacos and burritos don’t look like they have been assembled by toddlers. Friendly staff. And this is one of the few Taco Bell‘s. That has not raised its prices. Keep up the good work!

Quesadilla isn’t cut, food is ice cold and there was maybe three cars for the whole store. This is the wost Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Ever since you guys got a new general manager, your food quality has gone to shit. The shift leads can’t do their jobs. It’s basically just a bunch of people just doing whatever they want when they want. Was warned not to get food from here and we should’ve listened.

Y’all need to make sure that the sauce is spread out evenly throughout the burrito. I had thought there was no sauce on this burrito as I was eating it, until my last bite was mostly chipotle sauce, and now my mouth is burning. However, the lady at the drive thru was super nice.

Super fast service and the food was consistent quality.
I only give it a 1 star due to the lady at the window taking payment and delivering food. She opened the window to take my payment and then while she’s holding the window open to give me my receipt and card back she is having a conversation with a coworker about “explosive diarrhea”. I don’t think that is professional at all and she was team leader. I hope she sees this and it’s a friendly reminder to be considerate of the way you talk while handling food. Ruined my meal no doubt.

My order was correct, but the kid at the counter around 3:30-4pm was not good. We walked in and he was leaned against the wall staring at the floor, so we ordered at the kiosk because he wouldn’t look up at us. He didn’t say a word the whole time. Our food came and we did not get our drinks so we went to the counter to ask for them and he did not come to us he just looked at us and then kept looking at the floor. Then when we finally got his attention and asked him for them and he literally didn’t say anything just walked away and got them. Bro looked pissed off and like he did not want to be there, and also didn’t do anything the whole time he was there. I heard another employee tell him to smile and he just continued to stand staring at the floor doing nothing. Store was clean and food was good, but this kid needs some more training because he acted like he was being held against his will.

Food was very good as usual. Cantina chicken anything is always a delight. Miranda was the manager and she was screaming at the employees. A few of my friends have quit because of her as well. I left once I heard the screaming and everyone else looked uncomfortable as well.

It's taco bell. Easy and simple. They don't change much up. Sweet deals that are cheap. I eat there all the time. Glad they brought back the mexican pizza! Order that with nacho cheese on it. You won't be disappointed.
