We ordered 2 breakfast crunch wrap meal boxes today, one regular and one with a meat free breakfast crunch wrap. I guess the jokes on me because, I got a crunch wrap with only fatty, chewy bacon in it...Parking: Either there aren't many parking spots or, the way the drive through and parking spaces are mapped out cause near accidents.

So I am from out of town and this is the third time this taco bell forgot to add jalapeños to my food even know I paid for it the chalupa shell was old and cold I am actually going to see what can be done legally they charge you and dont get the product thinking fraud. obviously management is incompetent and they should have trained better

Person taking my order dropped my drink cup. No problem, but she kicked it across to the kitchen area! The drink station was filthy! I used a napkin to wipe up spills. The garbage spot there was so full you couldn’t put the soiled napkin in it! This wasn’t b/c they were busy. 1 staff took a break and got a beverage herself at same spot. No smiles, no caring here.

Found a bug in my taco and forgot all items in a box I ordered

A few weeks ago ordered a box and they forgot all the items from the box except one thing. Today ordered my wife a deluxe box as soon as she opened one taco there was a worm like bug that was black with legs. She said she's never eating taco bell again and threw everything out highly nasty
The place was filthy dirty. All the tables and chairs were dirty, we had to clean a table and chairs before we could sit down.
