Place is horrible, don’t even waste your money trying to eat here, stopped through for a bite to eat and got a Ribeye Steak, both mine and my dad’s tasted like watered down meat with no seasoning or flavor. When we told the waitress that the steak was nasty and we weren’t gonna eat it she just said, “I’m sorry about that, is it cooked right?” Clearly not caring at all about satisfying their customers. Safe to say I would rather stop at Mcdonald’s than this place. Gross food, rude waitresses, not gonna be where you want to eat…

Okay, so first off our waitress was not friendly. She also never checked on our table of 9 for the entirety of our lunch. She took our order, brought our food and then the bill. That was it. We needed refills and a couple other things but were never checked on. Secondly we were given a couple dirty plates. And we also witnessed the same waitress telling another costumer (who was asking for no butter on her toast due to a dairy intolerance) that it was not doable. Definitely not good costumer service. Food was good though. And was out quickly.

As always the Family Inns food was hot, service was fast, friendly, even contagiously so, and the waitress came by often enough, but no so much as to be a pest. LOVE THIS PLACE . I've been a huge and steady fan of Family Inn for over forty years.Wheelchair accessibility: tho they are wheelchair accessible, the doors could be a bit tricky if you were to attempt going in without some one to assist with the doors.
