Holy @#$* ( I don't want to go to FB jail so I won't say naughty words lol) Where do I start with Dan and Grateful Cheese.....I offered mechanical assistance to him on a minor trailer issue via Facebook....he was crazy response and positive even though a tough situation. We got him figured out with not only my help but a few others. In return he graciously offered food as payment....well h#$l yeah I will take a gourmet grilled cheese....and boy was that the right choice. The food I mean seriously it speaks for itself....fresh made to order sandwiches and unbelievable good cheese curds. The food is complimented by the vibrant attitude of Dan the co owner his personality and passion that comes thru in his food. Simply put folks.....for a small rural area to have a jem like this is precious....try it you won't be disappointed. cheers all Dennis Colburn, Marinette WI
Wonderful people and amazing food!! Definitely will be stopping again.
I absolutely love the food and definitely want to try everything else on the menu!!!!!
Excellent
Awesome food and great service!
Honestly really nice people who are knowledgeable on food allergens and super accommodating. They’ve taken time out of the hustle and bustle to check ingredients for me and that is something most local restaurants won’t even consider.
Their fries were delicious and the grilled cheese was perfect. I wouldn’t complain about the pricing- it’s comparable to any fast food chain nowadays for better quality food.
Dietary restrictions: Very knowledgeable on food allergens.

He was scheduled to be at our event where every vendor was relying on being able to get food during a long day. No one brought anything because he was going to be there. W ZZhen he arrived he complained about people parking however he was able to park directly in front of the entrance door. He was the only food truck invited. He parked the truck outside and had his table set up front but through a fit like a child and refused to open. He left several hundred people starving for the day. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
I really do like supporting local businesses, but I was understandably upset today. I ordered a Jalapeno Popper grilled cheese at $8, and was fine paying that price because I assumed it came with a side of chips or something. I was wrong. And when I got back to work, they gave me the wrong sandwich! 2 pieces of sourdough with a couple slices of Kraft Singles slapped between them....for $8!! Just a plain grilled cheese with no jalapenos or anything on it! I only get 30 minutes for my lunch, so I didn't have time to go back and request that they make it right. Very disappointing first (and last!) experience, I regret to say
Was good but not anuff for what you pay for it

13$ for a grilled cheese sandwich with steak is a little steep. Steak should have more seasoning. Also, can of pop 2$. I know a food truck will charge more, but I expected more for 15$. Owners are very personable, and what they have going is a great idea.
This business is mobile and they set up behind my workplace today. This sandwich, as shown in my photo, has a generous amount of ham and is perfectly cooked. The soup was very good as well. It was served in a small cup that might normally be used for cappuccino.
