The food is always great. Last night, I ordered 1 pizza with two toppings, went to pick it up and the girl said they messed up and only put one of the toppings on my pizza. She said they were remaking my pizza and for my time and trouble I could have both pizzas! Great customer service. They not only admitted their mistake but compensated me for my time waiting.

I've ordered the boneless buffalo wings before and when I got a couple small ones I thought "I guess they can't all be large." But today Hungry Howie's gets 1 star, because a worker put 3 pieces of chicken smaller then my pinky finger in my 20 piece. I don't recommend buying the boneless wings to anybody. You will just get

Walked in. First, I noticed it was clean on the customer side. So this is good.Looked around and noticed things had their own place, and it was neat.Was told by what I'm assuming to be some kind of authority (white female, tall'ish and skinny) that someone will be with me momentarily.When someone came to take my order, this authority lady called her back to grab her ingredients to make someone else's order. So I thought that that was very rude and unprofessional.Then the person came back to take my order and this authority lady walked over to the front counter and was talking to this worker and I thought she was talking to me so I said "what was that?"And to me, rudely, this authority chick said what I thought to be snotty. "I wasn't talking to you."So by now I'm uncomfortable and taken back.Unfortunately, I still had to ask for paper plates and utensils.A different worker asked this authority person, and I felt she was rude to that worker too who just was doing what I asked if they were a loud to give these things out and where were there if so.As I was getting the things I requested, I made sure to say loudly so that this authority lady heard me that I was over an hour away from home is why I asked for these extra necessities.Leaving, I told myself that I will never come back to this hungry howeys.That whole experience was weird, awkard, and filled with rudeness by this lady.

Just talked on the phone with Molly, nighttime manager on 12/3/2023. Was on the phone for 21 minutes, put on hold 5 different times, and kept being told to just come pick up the sauces that we paid for ahead of time and weren’t given to us with our order. I insisted that I wouldn’t drive back and pay more in gas to get items we paid for when it was their fault they forgot it. Their excuse was they’re busy and short staffed and it took 20 minutes to get the manager on the phone because she was “too busy.” Finally she agreed to give me a refund for the sauces but said she had to refund the whole order and then charge us again for the pizzas with no sauces. Then immediately said she actually couldn’t do that and we either need to come get the sauces, or she’ll just put a credit on our account for a future visit. I told her I wasn’t satisfied with that and just wanted the refund and her response was, “I’m giving you free food, and it’s only like $1.50 worth of sauces…” and then proceeded to hang up on me immediately after processing the credit on the account. 0/10 unprofessional staff all around. Horrible customer service.

I placed an order for pick up. I went through the drive thru to pick up the order where there is a bell that says “ please ring the bell if we don’t see you!” I rang the bell n waited 10 min and nobody came to greet me. I rang it again , waited another 10 minutes and nobody answered. I rang it the third time just to have an employee come to the window and rattle off every single cuss word in the book at me for ringing the third time. I told the worker how am I supposed to know the ringer works if nobody comes to greet me and say one moment please?Instead when I went inside to talk so someone in charge, the cook and the manager both began to talk to me like I was the scum of the earth instead of apologizing and asking me to be patient. I will never shop at this low-life location again. Whoever trained them in customer service should be super proud!

Hungry Howies pizza is highly processed and chocked full of allergens, chemicals, and preservatives.I prefer real pizza like they make in NYC, New Jersey, Chicago, and parts of Michigan. Water, salt, wheat, olive oil, gravy and cheese is the recipe I like ? but Hungry Howies is the opposite.I had an allergic reaction to the pizza.

I order very often from here....today only ordered medium pizza and picked up get there the young girl up front that was very pleasant tried to break my $100 talking to "Manger" Ben he very loudly says " I'm not breaking $100 bill for a $15 order" never once did the "Manger" come speak to me just flat out rude! I call corporate I then get a phone call from a Judy/ Jolie not sure what exactly she said but doesn't say much say who she is just for safety reasons they don't keep that amount of change....seriously..... plenty of pizza places to order from I don't and won't give you my business !!!! You should tell customers when they order they don't have change

Ok so for this I did try the "no-dough bowl" from here and I loved it. Delivery was great cause I work in a pharmacy. But the reason is the price. I had it delivered and for the price of the dough bowl, you almost pay the exact amount for delivery and I was right around the corner literally.
