Staff is very friendly. It doesn't matter what day or time I go to KFC, the staff is always friendly. The chicken? A bit over cooked? Maybe under the heating lamp too long because it was very hard a chewy. The restaurant was clean but it had fruit flies flying around in December? Staff is lovely. Food is ok. And the cleanliness was ok.

There was probably enough salt on my French fries to keep my sidewalk ice-free for a couple of days this winter. The woman taking my order (long pony tail) at the drive through was slightly focused and I only had to repeat my order twice.

KFC isn't what it used to be. Continually gets worse. I ordered 3 pc tenders. Not only were they not tender they were rubbery. Flavorless. I hadn't been to KFC in yrs. Maybe this is why. So disappointing. Would like to think it's this location but the fact that it's a chain leads me to believe it would be equally bad elsewhere. This saddens me. Used to be a favorite of mine.
Dining room was closed. We did not get sauce we ordered. Messed up our sandwiches.

I'm writing only for one reason. I got a job nearby, and tried multiple times during work and after work to get original recipe. Swear to God, over 3/4 of the times I go thru, they not only have none available, 10 minute wait, but they must be told to push the crunchy style that is usually available cuz they ask me every time if I want crunchy. I would've ordered crunchy if I wanted crunchy! Super nice workers, but terrible at keeping up with the basics... the BASICS. Do they not have enough ovens? Geez. Can't get chicken at KFC lol
