I ordered an 8 piece chicken bucket a couple weeks ago - several pieces were mostly breading with little chicken. The mac and cheese was burnt, but the mashed potatoes were fine. Figured it was just a bad experience and I let it go.Half an hour ago I ordered 2 chicken pot pies via drive thru. Both were roughly half filled and the top of the one the pies wasn't even attached to the tin. I haven't called to complain because the sign in the window clearly states "no refunds". Two times in a row I've been extremely disappointed with this location - I have been going here for over 30 years.From reading the recent comments this year, it seems like KFC's response will be "thank you for visiting us, thank you for the feedback" with no resolution. It's apparent that there is an ongoing problem with this location that isn't being addressed by any level of management.The attached photos are to show the amount of filling per pot pie.

This place is absolutely disgusting! Bathrooms ( both men and womens) were filthy. Looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a week. The floors of the kitchen were littered with chicken, flour, fries etc. Chicken looked to be cooked in old oil. Mac and cheese was dried out. The only positive I can give is that the girl who took our order was friendly. I'll never come back here.

This place was disgusting! The bucket of chicken was so nasty. Full of grease. Its like the chicken was over cooked pulled from the fryer and sat in the oil for hours. $40 bucks wasted on dinner. I will never go back to this KFC. Just nasty. In fact nasty as nasty can be.

At the Essexville KFC there’s a sign in the window at the drive thru that says no refunds cause they always get the order correct. I have to disagree. Tonight they messed my order up. I was supposed to get 3 sides with my order, I wanted 2 Mac &cheese and 1 mashed potato with gravy. Instead they gave me 1 Mac & cheese and 2 mashed potato. They also asked if I wanted sauces for my chicken and I said yes and told them what I wanted. I got home to find no sauces at all with my order. I think they need to take down the sign that says they always get the order right.

02-11 stopped in for superbowl lunch for the family. Order an 8 PC bucket, dark meat with 4 biscuits, and 2 mash potato and gravy. When I got home and ready to eat and the order is wrong. The chicken is not dark it is mixed. Tried to call the restaurant 3 times and had no answer. My future mother-in-law is like we have gotten chicken from there before, and the order was messed up, and it is almost impossible to get someone on the phone. Food was good. Would have been great if it was correct!

I came into this location with a $2 coupon. The problem is, the wait time was so long did they should have given me $2 with my meal. I opened up the wrap and it was terrible. Maybe if I was a doordasher they would have cared about me.

Went there for the first time. And not very please ordered just the typical 12 piece bucket they said they didn't have enough. Ok no big deal i'll wait so I waited in the car with kids for over 40 minutes. Till my fiance walked in just for them to say oh we forgot....to oh it just got done came home and they gave us cold food and under sized portions.
