Order was missing food twice, gentleman told us they didn’t have anything on the menu, shift manager wanted to argue with customers, when going I to the store after going through drive thru twice, there was a line of customers roughly 8-12 that hadn’t been helped, stood for over twenty five minutes before having to holler to get help and they started blaming new employees and then still messed up the order for the third time!! Never going back, no structure or guidance in that facility, drive thru attendants are always nice, goes to hell quick after that!

Forgot food in my order yet again. Suppose to have 4 items in the bag but only had two. I Will just continue with the reviews till y’all get some quality control. If you can’t handle the customer load, find proper management or close the doors, stop pretending you got this. There were plenty of employees to handle the job.

every time I go there I get pulled into a parking spot and have to wait. Not counting my fries unless I get them from the window are cold even after having to wait for my meal. The only reason I even go there is because its only about a mile away from my home . They really need to up there game because Wendy's and Burger King are looking slighty better

This location meets the standards. 1.89 for a coffee is outrageous. I'm a senior citizen. There was a time when coffee was free with meal purchases. Now, there are no refills either.Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot. This location is within a large parking area that was once Shopping Mall. So there is also plenty of parking for RV's, trucks with trailers and Semi's.Wheelchair accessibility: Meets ADA requirements.
