The 2 big girls working here are very unprofessional, watched how they made the girls sandwich in front of me and I walked out, not only did they make a terrible sandwich but they were rude the entire time.Do better subway.

Essexville, MI location.I can't tell you how good a sub is from here. All I can tell you is If you eat from here you're taking the risk of getting sick. Just take a walk inside and see how clean it is. Or should I ssy how clean it ISN'T? It's absolutely DISGUSTINGLY the dirtiest place I've ever been to that serves food. The people that work here and management should be ashamed of themselves. If anyone reads this review and thinks I'm not telling the truth, take a walk inside and you'll see what I mean. FILTHY DIRTY. ITS SHAMEFULMy family and I will never ever eat here again. Honestly this isnt the first time I've noticed this, and I've brought it up to the workers before, but they don't care. Could have been better. Saturday afternoon and only one person working. It looked like she was struggling with everything including keeping it clean. When we asked if they were hiring anyone else she said no. It’s clear that that store is understaffed. They were already out of cookies, pretzels and meat balls, it was only 2:30. When we finally got home and we opened our subs and took a bite we realized the bread was stale. Owner’s you are doing your business a disservice by being consistently understaffed, your service and quality are suffering.

Ordered two sandwiches Took 20 minutes in drive through lane. Only for the sandwiches to be made wrong. Then waited another 15 mins to get the sandwiches fixed.
My daughter made a mistake ordering her sandwich online, the staff basically told her too bad. She is 16, and had paid with her own money. She cried on the way home due to the way she was treated and losing her very hard earned money. Shame on them for not being more helpful.

Everytime I come here I swear they get more rude. They're slow, never have the drive thru open cause they say they're understaffed as they have 3 people just standing around. With all the negative reviews and the atmosphere I see everytime I go in, in surprised anyone still goes there at all! I stopped going to this one but tonight was hungry. I ordered door dash pick up before I went to meijer. Did my shopping then came to pick up and they tell me the order just came in...any other place I order from is able to pick up by the time im done with my grocery shopping but not this one. She was super rude about it too. I work in customer service myself and how they behave isnt acceptable. If you hate your job that much just quit!

Was kinda gross to be honest.. it wasn't sanitary at all.. and there's was sooo much cross contamination among the veggies.. like really bad and the prepping area was filthy with old veggies and food. Honestly just dont recommend going to this subway. It was just very unsanitary. The safe was ok. They didn't talk much. I had to initiate contact first to even order. No hello or what can I get you.
