It took over 20 mins to get an icecap and the Chipotle chicken bacon wrap and they were rude. Would not recommend stopping here go to the one on Euclid fast and friendly there.

Went in for a coffee and treat and watched all 3 of the employees that I could see chatting with a drive thru customer and they seen me but they talked for over 3 minutes while I stood there with no one else in line... when the lady finally came over to assist me, she was not nearly as nice with me as she was with drive thru customer.

I often used to get doughnuts from Tim Horton. Until one day had a bad experience not at this location. I stopped getting doughnuts from Tim Horton. Today May 8 2025 I was in Essexville and decided to give it another try, I’m sorry to say I was very disappointed with the food the avocado toast was very sad, the toast was flat like a flat bread over toast and very small, my husband got the croissant breakfast sandwich and it was small like a miniature version I then got a breakfast box that supposed to be fresh cracked eggs omg! The person that took the order was more worried about the long line of people waiting for their food at the drive through. Please there are training for customers service and food quality check. I advise the owner to visit his location, I don’t need a condescending answer.

Drive through is fast and food hot and ready in a jiffy. Staff is always friendly. They have THE BEST regular coffee and a very reasonable price. And, you dont have to wait 3 hours for it to cool down to drink it. If you want the fancy foofoo coffee, go somewhere else. Love Tim Hortons!

I find it ridiculous you cannot view the menu outside of operational hours. Only if you place an order or attempt to during business hours may you see it. RIDICULOUS.
