Hours on google say they close at 6pm, the hours on the door say they close at 2pm. I have tried going into the lobby to order multiple times always before 1pm and the doors are locked! Very disappointed in the service. The drive thru is open till 6pm MOST of the time and I don’t have a car so how am I supposed to bet my breakfast? The owner need to do better and pay the employees livable wages so they won’t be so short staffed and have to close early.Would give 0 stars if I could. Not the employees fault. It’s the owner fault for letting the store get this bad.

I don’t normally post a bad review but Tim Hortons need to figure this issue out. I used to enjoy their coffee drinks but for some reason they now taste awful and bitter. So now I would just get their food. Omg was this time awful. I order a chipotle chicken wrap and it literally look mushy chicken wrapped in a tortilla. It was gross. It shouldn’t be that hard to make a wrap. Very annoyed and probably not returning. I visited the center ave location on February 10th around 1:30.

Arrived at 5:09 pm on 01-29-24. Doors are locked, although I can see an employee walking around inside. I can see through the window that all the donuts have already been taken out of the showcase .Website for Bay City,MI Center Ave. location states they are open until 6pm. I called only for the employee to run out of the bathroom, pick up the phone, and hang up quickly without saying a word.

i always get the chipotle wrap thing from Euclid and when I got it from center Rd . it was way smaller,wrapped differently and the amounts of Tomato on it was absurd. I didn't feel good for the rest of the day after eating it but I don't know for sure that's what was wrong. it was nasty

They are clueless on how to make a hot vanilla Chai latte. I'm not sure what they THINK they made, but it was NOT a Chai latte. Hell, it wasn't even made with Chai spices. It was made with freaking coffee!!! This is hands down the absolute worst hot beverage I have ever tasted. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

We just went thru and had 0 drinks I asked for, comments like we don’t have it and even though it’s on your menu board I was told they don’t carry it. This store gets worse and worse and nothing has changed. The service is terrible, I don’t know what is going on with the drinks if you can even order one.
Had a great experience around 9:30am Sunday morning December 17, 2023. Racks full of great looking fresh donuts, ordered two iced Capps, a dozen donuts, and two breakfast sandwiches. It’s looking like our good old Tim hortons again from a long time ago. At least today, they brought their a game.

And they seem to be open at the times they choose.Update 2023: this place is still the worse Tim Hortons I have been too, half the stuff on the menu they don’t serve? Food when you can get it is always wrong and they never have lettuce for some reason? Burnt coffee is their specialty. Avoid this place like a plague
