Like many other fast food drive thrus in the area, getting an accurate order at the drive-thru window is low probability. During my last and final visit to the Wendy's on center avenue, it was about 45 minutes prior to closing. They had a large truck parked in front of the drive-thru window. At the speaker they advised me that they had no way to hand food through the drive-thru window because a vehicle could not get through. I asked if they were still open, they said yes. I offered to get out of my car so that they could hand me the food, which they refused. Clearly they decided they were done working for the remainder of the shift. Will not be wasting time with this location again. Even in the best of times, their service is painfully slow and the food is always cold.

The reason for 4 ?s is the top bun of my ? withered away and had to eat half the burger like a flatbread sandwich without a top bun. I ordered the ? double ? nator. The rest of the order was superb that was my only issue.

Stopped by the last two nights for a snack. Was met by a very positive and playful attitude (my receipt says Kim and I hope that’s correct as I didn’t catch a name). She was very kind and courteous, and I’d always be happy to stop by hearing that voice! No problem with my orders and had fresh food. One of the better Wendy’s I’ve stopped by!
