Friendly workers and environment. Always got some type of speacil food is great and hot and ready. If any mistake which is rare its always fixed just call them.Kid-friendliness: They have personal pizzas and they have inside arcades and quarter machines. Staff is friendly with the kids.

Food was good. Staff could use some brushing up on customer service. I asked how much the individual cheese cake slices in the case were since someone had just put up a price list for stuff you could order but the ones available weren't marked. The guy at the register said (I don't know I'm not on the clock. You will need to ask someone who is working) 1. If your not on the clock why are you messing with the register. 2. Since nobody was out front but you you could of stepped back and asked. But I guess that would of strained your nuts. I guess customers supposed to go back in the kitchen and back behind the closed doors to ask questions if they need help. When a dishwasher or delivery guy came out you were joking goofing around with him but again you didn't offer to ask if he knew or anything. By that time I was over the it. I see why we were the only customers with customer service like that. Where you can't even get an answer to a question. Decor was one step above a prison chow hall. Worst customer service and decor of any BC pizza I ever been in!
