The food and ice cream was okay- decent. The service was not good. The girl was very rude and short with me. Not helpful at all. That was my first time there. Will likely not go back. Customer service can make or break a place. This was not a great experience. Maybe will try again next year. Idk. Very disappointing. After this experience my mom took my children up there and they scammed my mother out of money! Instead of helping her figure out how to do it right because they have no customer service skills. So they got an almost 30$ tip for terrible service and over priced items!!! I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt from my experience but after my mom had this similar experience plus scammed her- I had to leave a review.
Also to add- she didn’t know how to leave a tip and accidentally put that amount when she tried to have them fix it they denied it!

If I could give a negitive star I would, their hours are listed 10:30am-dark and it is 2:10pm and the place has the open sign on but not actually open....ummmm very very disappointed, this is a numerous time accordance which lead me to write this review. The food is normally great....when they decide to actually open, and notify people that they are open or closed.... like people understand if your short staffed and crap happens but communicate to your community...leaving people just hanging makes them not want to even come there again. Just saying.

We love Dairy Whip for ice cream and French fries. Best fries around. Wait time is a bit long so come prepared to wait. You should hand out the remaining pop can for floats every time.

I got a shake and was provided a small straw that collapsed Everytime I tried to eat it. Was not given a spoon or provided help to get one when I asked. Then I tried to eat outside there was a hoard of flies because of a trash can without a lid was over flowing. The flies kept pestering me so I could not enjoy my ice cream. Service took 15 minutes from or ordering to being served. All other guests in line had to wait as they stopped taking orders when preparing orders. There is a better ice cream shop on main St. Called neptunes with way better service and cleaner too for cheaper.

Bananas in my banana split were bad, they probably should have been thrown out instead of used. Other than that pretty good experience usually

Granddaughter placed order at the window, paid, waited 25 minutes, enquired about order was asked if she even remembered placing the order, we had been sitting in parking lot waiting They did not have our order continued to ask granddaughter questions rather than look at their slips and realize they made a mistake Had they done that no problem. Since they continued to try to jog my granddaughters memory we will. Never return

Save your money. You want quality food at a good price I highly recommend reed city dairy depot. This place is taking advantage of a small town with these prices. But let's buy locally 🙄. Will never return here again. Seriously go to dairy depot reed city. You won't regret it
