Was here Wed 7/31 at about 5:30pm. 1 customer was waiting on a placed order. Others in line must have been waiting who knows how long. We all (3 different customers beside myself) left aprx mins apart of one another because of no service, period. Reading others criticisms of product, I now know I was fortunate.

Looks great on the outside. Really nice sitting area. Didn't really interact with the server. Just gave my order and paid. What I received was definitely disappointing. They could have told us the machine wasn't working and gave us the choice to continue or not. But they served us ice cream that was liquid. The picture shows an ice cream sundae with nuts. I forget exactly the name of the item on their menu. The second picture shows my wizzard. It's a heath bar flurry and all my Heath was on the bottom because the ice cream was liquid when I received it. My son also ordered a wizzard walked off paying $20 (including tip that I tipped before seeing my ice cream) and was very disappointed.

Ordered moz sticks which were actually pretty good. Was surprised they did not offer any dipping sauce with them as most places do. - ordered cheese fries, a burger w/o tomato and a chicken caesar wrap. Burger came with tomato on it. The cheese fries, and the Caesar wrap had little black hairs all throughout them. Not to mention all the lettuce on the wrap was no where near fresh and the cheese for the fries looked to be spoiled. This is by far a 5 star restaurant, it’s an ice cream shop. So stick to serving that instead of disgusting over priced garbage.
The best burgers in Evart. Thank you for not wrapping the sandwiches. It makes a difference.

Just Me
The service was mediocre, and I had to repeat myself a couple of times when placing my order.
My order: *Monster Burger no cheese *Chicken Strips - GREAT FLAVOR, LOVED THE BREADING, SEASONED PERFECTLY. *Medium Ice Cream Cone - Not good, gritty, and not a good consistency.
The problem - when we got approx. 5 miles down the road, my son opened the container holding the burger, and to our BIG surprise, all we had was 2 stale looking burgers on a bun! That's it, nothing on the bun but the burgers.
I called them and explained the situation, telling them I could not come back because that would make me late getting back home. They told me that's what I ordered & refused to give a refund. I explained that money wasn't the issue. It's the principle.
Who wants to eat a dry burger on a dry bun?

Their ice cream is nasty and grainy, their Hamburgers are just a patty and a bun with no condiments. Highly disappointed and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.
