We were just there for over 45 minutes waiting for an order which then was gone from the screen and the solution was to refund money with no apology and no food! How’s this acceptable?!?! Someone came in after and asked if they’d need to wait 45 for minutes for food and were told yes probably!
Need some serious clean up at this place. Perhaps understaffed but all the floors were filthy and bathroom dirty. Needs some improvement for me to go back.
I would like to recommend this restaurant but I do have a complaint. I stopped there with my grand daughter today and ordered a happy meal and a Big Mac meal. That is six items. We had NO napkins. I worked at McDonalds for 9 years before I retired and we were told to put one napkin for each item. That is six napkins. If that has changed, I don't know, but I am positive I should have had some napkins. Your employees need to pay more attention.
