Found a hair in food and the people that work there kept going outside it was very strange

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a large diet Coke and two-three packs of chocolate chip cookies. I had to pull up and wait because they had no cookies on hand. When they brought them out I only had three cookies in the bag. So I pulled back around to the register window and told the girl that I wanted my money back because I only got the three cookies not the six. She had a manager come up and explained the same thing to them that I didn't want to wait any longer for more. I just wanted my money back for the ones that I did not get. I had to tell them that three times before they understood. And then a balding manager with glasses in the office behind the register started telling me that I was rude to his workers and started mouthing off to me. I told him if he was a manager that he was being very disrespectful to me as a customer. He kept being sarcastic running his mouth until I finally got my money back. I always thought the customer is right but obviously he enjoyed being a jerk. Seriously, he needs to be retrained in the art of managing a restaurant and being polite to people. I will never go back to the Evart McDonald's, I will stick with Big Rapids. None of them are really all that good anyways. You would have better luck going to Pompeii's across the street.

The best fries at any McDonald's in Michigan, almost always. Great staff, that never messes up my order, and I'm picky and special order almost everything. Food always comes hot and fast!

We come to this specific McDonald's, every time we go up north to visit family. The service, and food are always wonderful. This time specifically the service was exceptional. There was a younger blonde girl working. We had mixed up our app order for drive-thru, and meant for it to be in store. This sweet girl took care of us and was so kind and helpful for our mistake. It's sad that a young girl gives better hospitality and service then a lot of older people in today's society. I hope you guys realize what a good worker you have.

Can't believe McDonald's charging these kinds of prices for flash frozen food that anybody can make themselves at the house I wish everybody would boycott this place like I do cuz after all enough is enough the prices get higher and the food gets worse. And that goes with any place you go nowadays except for Jersey Mike's you can't go wrong with Jersey Mike's. I don't ever go here personally

Go through the drive-thru tell him I want two cheeseburgers plain just the cheese the meat and the bread that I want to fish fillet meal with extra tartar sauce on the side The kids said they charge for extra I said yes I know He said okay well I'll just put it in the cup and we won't charge you okay I get my food I got one cheeseburger not you get my fish fillet I had no tartar sauce on my fish fillet but they put it in the cup for me and church me for her I wanted extra on the side so I can dip my french fries instead I had to put it on my fish fillet sandwich and still got charged 30 cents for it kind of pissing me off
Absolutely the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. Waited well over and hour for food. They forget 3 drinks and 1 sandwich. Had to wait another 30 minutes for them tk fox their mistake. Management needs to do some serious work with their employees and fix this.

Ordered food ahead on the app. Still had to wait 30min to get our food. 3 cars came after us and got their food no problem. Finally went in to see where food was took another 5/10min to get that. Food was cold and missing items. Went in to get the items missing and was told to use the machine to order or I would have to wait by the manager. Highly disappointed, the manager would rather stand and stare at a screen and yell out things at the employee than try to jump and help them or the customers. My order wasn't the only one messed up, there was 3 other people waiting in the lobby to be assisted as well. The woman's bathroom was out of toilet paper in both stalls and we even told them and still wasn't replaced with 10mins of letting them know
