I came here today for 2 double cheese burgers. One lady with a neck tattoo that looks like a fien came out and gave me the sand whiches which one was not right a solid of mayo no onions she came back over and was saying that’s how much we are supposed to put on them girl no so I said there’s no onions after fighting with her about it was “supposedly plain” proved her wrong and now to figure out there’s a experation sticker in my food (you can see it in the third picture) no wonder you guys don’t have anyone coming through because you stand up front laughing up a storm over the miserable jobs you have. Quiet and have someone with compassion come in, not the waste of space you guys have working there. How embarrassing. As you can tell she’s staring me down while taking pictures because she knows what she did🙄🤣

Does this look like light ice to you all? I said to the lady that usually always works in the morning, that doesn't look like light ice (in which I always order ice tea other wise your paying 2.39 for mostly ice) and she just glares at me and hands me the drink. The lady that took my order did a super job she did what she was suppose to but the other one was so rude. When im paying that much for a drink I expect to get the drink not paying for Ice..thats just a rip off. They already jacked their prices up for every item compared to reed city and clare Mc Donalds, and have worse service.

Slow not friendly I was treated like my ordering at the counter is an intrusion on there work. I don't like having to use and touch a computer screen that only God knows who tuched it before me they probably picked there nose and whipped it on the screen. I go to a restaurant to get service not a computer

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a large diet Coke and two-three packs of chocolate chip cookies. I had to pull up and wait because they had no cookies on hand. When they brought them out I only had three cookies in the bag. So I pulled back around to the register window and told the girl that I wanted my money back because I only got the three cookies not the six. She had a manager come up and explained the same thing to them that I didn't want to wait any longer for more. I just wanted my money back for the ones that I did not get. I had to tell them that three times before they understood. And then a balding manager with glasses in the office behind the register started telling me that I was rude to his workers and started mouthing off to me. I told him if he was a manager that he was being very disrespectful to me as a customer. He kept being sarcastic running his mouth until I finally got my money back. I always thought the customer is right but obviously he enjoyed being a jerk. Seriously, he needs to be retrained in the art of managing a restaurant and being polite to people. I will never go back to the Evart McDonald's, I will stick with Big Rapids. None of them are really all that good anyways. You would have better luck going to Pompeii's across the street.

We come to this specific McDonald's, every time we go up north to visit family. The service, and food are always wonderful. This time specifically the service was exceptional. There was a younger blonde girl working. We had mixed up our app order for drive-thru, and meant for it to be in store. This sweet girl took care of us and was so kind and helpful for our mistake. It's sad that a young girl gives better hospitality and service then a lot of older people in today's society. I hope you guys realize what a good worker you have.
