Been going there for many many years. Great food, awesome salad and bread. So sad to say they are "closed until further notice."

Very disappointed. We went to the location in Pontiac a year ago and got a great dinner, so my expectations were high. Visited this location for lunch at noon - they ran out of the lunch special (I got the last one which was dried out and oily), the other food was tepid, the service was passable, my ice tea was refilled once in 45 minutes. Will not be back, there are too many better choices in the area.

This place gets mixed reviews from me. I had the lasagna and I loved it! My husband got the chicken tortellini and he was not a fan of the chicken. He said it tasted somewhat frozen and slightly rubbery (I passed on his offer to try it). The one thing we could agree on was how amazing our server was!

Family-owned Italian restaurant with all the classics in a nice, quiet atmosphere with attentive service. The complimentary homemade bread is fantastic!!

This is an interesting place. The waitstaff was friendly and we could see them interacting with all their customers like they knew them all. The food: 1. The bread is amazing. Hot and Fresh. 2. Next is salad, again on point (it's that light homemade dressing - even bought a jar to go). 3. The entree: Chicken Marsala. This is where the two stars fall. I'm one of those people who likes sauce (ya, I'm not 100 lbs), HOWEVER it must taste good. I've learned over time, when the sauce is good, they give you a tiny bit. Of course I am referring to non-spaghetti sauce, like a wine sauce, light cream sauce or even the little drops of raspberry sauce on the plate with chocolate cake). When the plate comes flooded, no joke, look out. So out it came (as pictured). I was excited by the large mushrooms but was curious to try it. To make a long story short, the sauce was super sweet and tasted like a sweet peanut sauce served with Thai food. It was super thick and looked like it came out of a can. Even had formed a skin from likely sitting on the counter for 5 mins (the chicken was hot so it couldn't have been sitting too long). I asked my wife to try and she was disgusted. Full disclosure: I love peanut sauce on chicken pad Thai so I ate it. This was far from anything remotely close to Chicken Marsala.

I truly enjoyed the service and my food was great. Mave was an excellent waitress as well as manager!! I'm coming again. It would've been five stars but my chicken was just a tad bit over cooked. All in all if you want exceptional service this is the place to be. They even had a couple come in at closing time and were willing to accommodate them. Just beautiful!

Good pasta at reasonable prices. Dated decor and furniture has seen better days. Service was great.

Incredible food. Bread is unbelievably addicting. Main course was very hot and full of flavor. The crust and the flavor on the Boss's special pizza was incredible. The portions were perfect. Would recommend this to anyone. Service was also great!!

Very generous portion sizes and food is good

Service was horrible. Took forever to be acknowledged. Server was awkward, slow, and forgetful. His first excuse was he couldn't find the bottle of wine. He brought out the calamari appetizer which was mushy/soggy. Server disappeared without placing our main order. Main course finally came, and our server then disappeared again without asking how everything was. We would have told him the chicken in the fettuccine Alfredo had a weird texture, the portion of fish was small, the fish and chips were undercooked (batter was still wet), and asked for more silverware (original were dirty) for the 3rd time. We should've walked out after the appetizer. Also this place is outdated and uncomfortable. Do not come here.

Owner Tony is very nice and fixed a bad situation. I appreciate how caring and understanding he was for an off night. He does what he can to ensure a good customer experience.

I gave a one star but only because I couldn't give it "no star". My husband I went here last night for our weekly date night. The food and service was awful. The bread was like day old bread. You could tell it was reheated so we asked for fresh bread. Our food came out cold. I ordered the Perch Diane. The perch would have been better if it came out hot. The meat sauce on the pasta tasted like it had been burned. My husband ordered the lasagna which wasn't hot either and the meat sauce on it tasted burnt as well. Our waitress was slow and must have known a couple who she kept talking to instead of providing timely service. We get up to go pay our bill since the waitress took over 20 minutes to get back to us and the owner asked how things were. Once we told him all of this, he offered us a free meal next time. NO THANKS! We have been here multiple times but after this time, we will NEVER go back.
