Cute and Kitschy- nice that they have lots of gluten-free and vegan dishes. I have been there 4 times- Just can't give it five stars though. Nice variety, but some things are way overpriced. Also, last time we were there, the food took FOREVER. However the other 3 times the food was prompt.
Honestly, it's not the most attractive place, but the food is delicious, the service is fast and the prices are cheap!
Overall the experience was poor. Wait times were not properly communicated to myself or any of the other visitors attempting to pick up orders. Items were forgotten from our order, they didn't put icing on the cinnamon roll(which let's be honest, is the only point of a cinnamon roll). Due to long wait times and an overwhelmed carry out staff, our food sat instead of being run out to us, and as a byproduct was cool before we left the building.Food quality was okay, not worth the price, nor the extended wait time. This was a disappointing experience.
Polite service and good food for a price.Ordered carry out over the phone recently and the server was very polite and patient. They’re happy to accept their coupons.Order was for breakfast lasagne and breakfast tinga tostadas. The food came in nice packaging and both things were tasty. I must add that these are unique creations that we hadn’t had anywhere else before. Especially, the bechamel sauce with lasagne was delicious. The egg lasagne itself was a little dry, not sure if it was because it’d been reheated, or if that’s just how it is which I’d expect since it’s baked. The hash brown was bland and slightly underdone. It appeared to have been rushed through it seems. The food was lukewarm when we opened it, and we did right away, so it might have been sitting in the kitchen a while it seems.Point for improvement, apart from what’s mentioned in the paragraph, would be the service. We were told that our order will be ready for pick up in 10-15 minutes, but we were there for a good 35 minutes. They should’ve known if the kitchen was backed up.Also, the printable menu online has different prices so they should definitely update that. We ordered from it and were surprised when we say the itemized bill. But the prices are correct on the website menu, otherwise.
We ordered takeout knowing they would be busy today as it is a holiday. We were told 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, my husband was told to wait in the car and our food would be out next. For the next 20 minutes we watched the manager run other people's food out while we tried to remain patient and wait. Finally, my husband had to go back in, ask for our food (which was ready and just sitting there getting cold) only for them to forget our coffee.I'm extremely disappointed as this was our first experience with the place and it was a huge let down. We understand getting backed up on a holiday, but the lack of transparency and accurate wait times is unacceptable.
My family and I have been patrons for years and have referred others to try out their restaurants throughout our great state of Michigan. We shall continue to patronize Anna's House.
This place is incredible! Best vegan food I've had yet. Something for everyone here, even for the non vegan. My 12 yr old ordered the blt and was equally happy. Love it here! The waitress was super nice, warm personality and helpful to recommend favorites. The restaurant was very clean and cozy. I will be making the trip to come here again soon and bring family and friends too.
Perhaps I visited on an off day, my experience was underwhelming.Pros:- Beautiful interior- Delicious fresh juice- Friendly staffCons:- Expensive- Wait time- Portion sizeSmall things matter to me.I absolutely love biscuits and gravy so when I saw there was "Biscuits & Endless Gravy" on the menu I figured I'd give it a shot. The gravy tasted good, so no problem there, but the portion provided was insufficient to cover the two small biscuits leaving none to compliment the eggs or hash browns. This dish should be renamed "Biscuits & Less Gravy".Left confused what I received for the $50+ bill (2 people). Also, the coffee was terrible.
Was craving a yummy breakfast and this place looked good. Called to ask about their mask policy (I’m very pregnant and immune compromised) and the woman on the phone didn’t seem confident that the staff wore masks when serving food. She also said customers wearing masks was optional. Can’t speak to the food here. It sounds delicious, and I was looking forward to it, but I can’t risk it. May try it post Covid.
So I’m giving this place 3 stars because the first time I dined in it was delicious. However, when placing a take out order, I paid $15 for the same thing I ordered last time I dined in and half of the ingredients weren’t even on there... there was completely no effort put in the food and you could obviously tell, I paid $15 for a mediocre sandwich. Needless to say I will never order another take out order here but I will give it another chance when dining in.

Having a full vegan menu is an amazing plus for this place! The food does not disappoint and the service is very good.
Great food and service my family and I enjoyed ourselves. We did wait a bit but that has to be expected due to capacity limits due to Covid 19.
Extremely clean for partitions and those very allergy sensitive. Staff very dedicated to an excellent and safe experience for all. Food is likewise amazing!
They have a really delicious food. Renee is a great server, she was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended place to go and eat.
I love this place, the reason for the 3 stars instead of 5, is because when someone orders to go take out and requests No Onion, there is usually a reason. I ordered on Doordash, requested no onion on my tots hashbrowns and they almost seemed to have extra onion on them, it was amazing. Even my co-worker could not eat them they had so much. I am allergic to onion and could not eat half my lunch, which sucks, cause I do love this food.
