I have to say that Kevin who took my order was amazing. He was professional, clean, and precise. Its rare I leave reviews for fast food, but the professionalism that he exhibited was immaculate.

I have been there couple of times now. They are just rude. They see you but they don’t acknowledge your presence. They see you and then they turn around. They just look mad all the time. They don’t give out ‘How can I assist you?’ vibes! Definitely Never Ever going back. Learn customer service from the Arby’s in Livonia on Middlebelt. Sooo welcoming staff!

I had a really disappointing experience today. I pulled into the drive-thru and waited at the speaker, saying “hello” multiple times, but no one responded. After waiting for a while with no acknowledgment, I drove up to the next window hoping to get some help.
An employee with visible tattoos came to the window and immediately started yelling at me. Her tone was aggressive and completely uncalled for. I was shocked by how rude and unprofessional the interaction was.
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I left without placing an order and I won’t be returning to this location again.

This was the worst experience at a place of business I can remember. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior! I realize it's just an Arbuy's and the emplyees probalbly hate their meaningless lives...but come on, if you hate people that much and you obviously hate your job, move on, just quit!!. There is NO EXCUSE for rudeness. They would not honor a coupon deal on their app and made excuse after excuse. These three woman should be fired immediately. For the boss of that location: I was there at 1:20PM on Saturday, April 12, 2025.

Well, I came in 30 minutes before they close and tried to get served. The employees are just sitting in their vehicles so they can clock out on time. I got a video of it if the manager wants to get back to me. And the person inside telling me that they’re closed. I just worked 12 hours I just want an Arby’s sandwich. I drove 5 miles out of the way to come here. I knew I’d get here 30 minutes before they close. I didn’t think that would be rude. I would not have came if it was five or 10 minutes even but 30 minutes really. These employees should probably be talked to. I arrived at 10:30 on today’s date so disappointing.
Came 45 minutes before they closed and the staff closed the drive-through lights and started hiding

The lady taking the order was curt and unfriendly taking the order in the drive thru. Picked up the order, food was warm, curly fries hard, and tenders had a old grease taste. Will not be coming back here.
