I’m extremely upset with the service I received. The drive-thru worker was rude and disrespectful, so I called to speak with a manager. The person on the phone sounded like the same one from the drive-thru and was just as rude. When I asked how to file a complaint, she said there was no other number and only gave me the option of a fax number. I asked for the fax number, and she hung up on me.

I went to get a french dip and swiss as I was hungry. I PAID for my sandwich and they gave me the bag with NO sandwich but the au jus! Yes it was before closing, but that's ridiculous..... 🙄🙄🙄🙄.. come on arbys. That bag should be double checked and now my husband has to go buy ANOTHER sandwich because you didn't look before handing it to me... 😕😕😕😕.

They do not care about your food in less you go in. This is how my food was served. What a waste. I ordered a double beef and cheddar combo. Fries were cold and I have no cheese on here. They are horrible and lack professionalism.
Got 2 classic beef & cheddars and curly fries. there was NO CHEDDAR on the sandwiches and the fries were COLD.

Me and my husband put in a door dash order into this store I called into the store just to ask a simple request no ice in my coke since I can't put it into the app but when I called into the store the lady that answered said that no door dash orders had came through since 4 then changed the story to the last door dash was picked up 15 minutes ago even though I could see it clearly in the app that my order did in fact go to this store food was good and well put together everything was in the bag but customer service is part of their job and they highly lack in that department they are paid to not only make the food but to also handle the public if I could give 0 stars for customer service I would!!!!
