I’m extremely upset with the service I received. The drive-thru worker was rude and disrespectful, so I called to speak with a manager. The person on the phone sounded like the same one from the drive-thru and was just as rude. When I asked how to file a complaint, she said there was no other number and only gave me the option of a fax number. I asked for the fax number, and she hung up on me.
Food was good, the place is clean but the music sucks.

The employees are SAD. UNMOTIVATED. So the place is OLD, I've been to other Arby's and they have remodeled. Not here. The food was already wrapped under hot lamp..that's bad too
