If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. The staff is great, the restaurant is clean and the food is amazing! We had the tikka chicken Marsala, curry puffs and gobi and it was delicious!! Will definitely be coming here again soon.

Worst indian restaurant I have been to. Their management has changed and now someone who doesnt know what the menu items mean has taken over. It took 1 hour for our food to come and it was so so so bad. Pahadi paneer tikka was rubbery fried dry paneer. Service was so pathetic it was embarrassing. Servers have no social skills or skills in general. Non-indian people are chefs who have no clue what dosa bhaji is. They serve normal dosa with weird tasting bhaji under the name of Jini dosa. They should do the public a favour and shut down asap. Do not go here. Do not support such establishments.I regret not speaking to the manager. Waste of money. Not worthy of anyone’s $$$

Being woefully understaffed, we waited 1 and half hours after ordering to leave. It was not crowded - around a dozen other patrons. Food was arriving at about 30 mins between tables. The place is gorgeous and the food smelled so delicious. They should have not opened for dining if they were so understaffed.

I like to try out different Indian food places and Basil Indian Bistro is the best Indian food I’ve had in the metro Detroit area. The garlic naan is a particular favorite and the chicken here is superb. The atmosphere is relaxing and the bathrooms are clean and well kept. We will be coming back. A+

The service was excellent they made sure we were well taken care of and gave us sauce to take home since we loved it so much. Besides the service, the food was amazing, very flavorful, well plated, and lots of it for the price! This restaurant is the best restaurant i have been too since covid, 10/10 would recommend!

I never take the time to leave reviews, but this place definitely deserves the highest marks. I love Indian food and this was the nicest and most delicious spot that I’ve been to. The owner checked on us several times and brought us out a free dessert at the end. I’m in town for a convention and I’m hoping to convince my coworkers to come here again tomorrow.
