Baskin-Robbins

This is not drive through friendly if you’re ordering the ice cream. The flavors are not on the menu shown. I had to go inside to place my order to get ice cream. Other than that staff was friendly and helpful inside.

Every time I go here they actually do a great job with my order. Worth paying a little extra when something is actually tasting good.

This is typically my favorite location. The staff are always smiling and welcoming and warm. But TODAY! Things were totally off. I waited 10 minutes or more for a medium Carmel coffee. I was told to drive around and wait for it and not once but twice I recieved the wrong order. Then was almost forced to take what I didn't order. I refused politely, because, just give me what I paid for regardless of what you heard me say. The customer is always right. Needless to say I ended up with two coffees...the other will totally be waisted unfortunately. But all is well. Its still my favorite location. We all have bad days right.

I usually just order drinks and breakfast items, and I love their cups. I love the prices

Ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough sundae and we were given less than half a cup of melted ice cream with some cookie dough pieces thrown in. No hot fudge, no caramel, and there definitely weren’t 3 scoops of ice cream.

No stars would be the best. I ordered a customized polar cookie cake for a birthday. I place the order 5 days ahead of time. When we went to pick it up it wasn't ready. They never did the order and I prepaid. They threw it together so fast it melted on the car ride home. I get home and they messed up the toppings. I chose customized due to allergies. No apologies No refund No half off. I will never go to that location again.

This is probably the worst Baskin Robbins. Came 10/4 Friday at 4 pm and they said "all we have is cookies and crème" ... an ice cream place that only has one flavor on a Friday afternoon/night? ... please get it together

Today I visited with my family and we had ice cream. The server was super nice. Establishment was clean. It was really good service…

Just ordered a banana Royale which is supposed to be two scoops of ice cream with bananas and your choice of topping. What I received was a bunch of bananas and syrup with four bites of ice cream. Pretty sure they must be scooping the ice cream with the little plastic spoons. I'll never come here again

This store can’t get an order right for anything. They are always missing what you asked for but will charge full price and won’t tell you if they don’t have something. I don’t know if the monitor is broken or they just don’t care. The staff is usually friendly but needs more inservice on how to make proper made to order sundae.

They were awesome friendly and quick. Coffee was fantastic. They met the needs of a semi truck driver. ??????????

The employee at the drive through didn't seem to speak English, so I couldn't even order. I'm saying this as a foreigner.

So much delays from these people on Duty.

Out of malt powder. .again ...for several years now.
