The kids working here need to learn social skills. Came in just before 1pm and they gave me nasty looks and didn’t want to take my order. I asked why the drinks are almost twice as expensive than at the other Biggbys and the level of carelessness was insane. Not coming back to this location.

I’m saddened to write this review as I’ve been a patron of this establishment for many years. However, I think it’s important the owner be made aware as I feel this would not be tolerated if they knew. There is a white female, thin, and with black glasses that is beyond rude and disrespectful. My family and I have encountered her several times and she’s always been less than pleasant or professional; if she’s taking orders in the drive thru, she’s sharp and short and angry. And if she’s giving the coffee out or taking payment, she’s curt and makes rude comments. I try to look past her strange behaviors because we enjoy the coffee, but I complained to the gentleman this past Friday after her attitude towards me felt way too hostile. I feel she’s the main person getting you all these other complaints on here. Good luck, Bob!!!

I had a great experience. I went through the drive-thru. They gave my old dog a milk bone 🫶🏾that beats a pup cup any day. He loves car rides. This Bigby will be my top 2 for locations. I love ❤️ the coffee. I’ve been a fan since it was called Beaners.

Pros: The cashier was patient, my beverages were hot and the store was very clean. Cons: no one seemed to be a in any hurry to take my order. The the baristas were unfriendly. They didn't smile, they didn't ask me how I was doing. They didn't say thank you. I thought it was me, but the next person that came in, and every subsequent person that came in, they were very friendly to. this was my second visit in the past 8 months, and each time they're unfriendly towards me. I can only assume it's because I am black.

Super rude baristas. They really don't like people, and it isn't just one or two, I've never had a friendly encounter here. Unfortunate because I live within walking distance and my son would love to walk here for a treat. We won't be doing that anymore.

Very nice and pleasant person apparently but not truthful. Coffee was cold. Internet not working and pretending everything working “just fine” She couldn’t get internet on her cell phone as well

Sadly, not much good to say about this Bigby location in regards to their staff and management. This is the closest Biggby to my house, which is super disappointing.
I tried this location numerous times and I always end up paying a different price for the exact same item ordered. They generally overcharge as they charge me extra when I ask to swap out syrups… For example, I ask for honey instead of vanilla I get charged extra.
I can literally go in with my receipt two days in a row and end up paying a different price.
This is literally the only big B. I seem to have this problem at… Luckily, there’s another one a few miles away in both directions that I can go to.
