Was annoyed that they were out of the baked spinach lasagna, but the regular lasagna (with marinara sauce) was very good. Ministroni soup was good. Was also good that they had gluten free pizza for another in our group. Open dinning room was a little too noisy.

We ordered a Greektown Pizza, taste was great, only odd was the tomatoes which looked like they were added at later stage of Pizza prep, and didn't blend well in the Pizza.

This Buddys location is more than a pizzeria to me the staff there feel like my extended Family. One of my favorite servers Ilirian has always been so warm and welcoming to me and my family. He’s the best! The managers are great and the food is always superb and on those rare occasions it might have fallen short they go out of their way to make it right. My daughter lost a valuable during the table clean up and the manager dug through the garbage to retrieve it for her. Talk about above and beyond! I always look forward to eating here because they take care of me like family!

My father hosted a b'day party there. He spoke to our server and gave her a $60+ tip before orders were taken. All in all she forgot to put his order in until we were about to leave. Probably needed an extra hand because it was 10 of us. How can you forget someone's food when they gave you YOUR tip?

Everything is always great. My only complaint and it's small. The soda both times visiting there was flat which they took care of. Very clean. Always fast.

We had ordered the Detroiter and 6 miles pizza , we asked specifically to replace meat with chicken. When we went to pickup, one of the pizza had pepperoni still on it . As it was time before closing the restaurant, we ended up accepting as it is.

Breadsticks size varies from small to too big , it is not consistent. Breadsticks are without any flavor .

Buddy’s Pizza is a legendary name in Metro Detroit. For so many years, anytime someone said “pizza” around here, they automatically thought of Buddy’s. Well, times have changed.

I believe they sold the company a couple of years ago, and every time I’ve been there since, the food has been terrible. Whether it was an entrée or a pizza, it just wasn’t good.

I figured I’d give it another shot tonight. I picked up a pizza, and as I was walking it out, I noticed a long blonde hair coming out of the box. I took it back in and they made me a new one, but they didn’t do anything to make up for the inconvenience. I ended up being a half hour late getting the food where it needed to go.

The pizza was flavorless. The crust tasted like cardboard. There was hardly any cheese. It was bland, tasteless, and not even worth eating. Frozen grocery store pizza is better than Buddy’s now.

There’s nothing worse than craving a pizza on a Sunday night and getting one that’s a complete dud. Buddy’s just isn’t what it used to be. There are way more options out there now with much better food. I won’t be back.
