It was a very busy night. With a line to get in. They ran out of clean silverware so some in our party could not eat their salad when it was served. The bathrooms should have been cleaner. The Buddy Bread and Hawaiian Pizza were delicious! We had a group of 10 and the waitress was really busy but did a good job of serving us. I got the feeling they were short handed.Kid-friendliness: The family oriented place!

Was in town for business, wanted to try an authentic Detroit style pizza. Buddy's was great! Had a sausage and mushroom 4 square, walked out with leftovers. Now I know brick cheese is the key, in addition to thick crust! ?

Service was ok understanding that they are understaffed. Food was mediocre at best. Pizza was barely decorated with sauce or ingredients very skimpy. Salad was ok at best. Let’s say I’ve been there 2 times, first and last.

The baked meatballs literally had no sauce on them.. the restaurant smells like dirty carpet. Somehow it seems like it's not as good as it used to be.

Our server was great. Very attentive and helpful. We all got subs or pasta. Subs were very bready, not much 'guts'. Pasta needed more sauce. Will stick with pizza here!
