Was nursing a dog that just had surgery so had to order food for delivery as opposed to pick it up. Ordered boneless chicken wings with four sauces and french fries I was delivered a box of boneless chicken wings with no sauce no french fries called and woman who answered the phone immediately knew the mistake took ownership apologized and said can I pick up the order which I told her I wasn't able to could they send it out which she replied no but we'll get you a refund. I then had what is supposed to be a manager answer the phone as if she knew nothing and then when I said weren't you informed she said you didn't get your French fries with an attitude I told her to refund me she was only going to refund the french fries not the $10 in fees that I paid to have a box of boneless chicken wings with no sauce delivered let alone no fries that were part of the order and I paid full price. She was supposed to refund at least the fries until I could get some resolution she did neither I called customer service four times and was supposed to be contacted by a team leader and it never happened. I will never go to this location ever again and beware that a so-called manager at this facility should be replaced by the young lady that actually answer the phone took ownership and apologized.

Worst location I have ever been to. You will wait. And wait. Put in a mobile order, stood up front for 15 minutes before seeing a single employee and then after another 15minutes I had to go find the manager to cancel my order because no one else would. And she acted like it was my fault and was so rude. I spent my entire lunch waiting on my order and not a single employee cares. Trash. I will never come back.

Can't imagine this store isn't hemorrhaging money when it's consistently empty and still cannot get any service and takes at least 10 minutes for someone to come out to the carryout area.

Ordered to go, got home and upon checking the order we are missing the fries, the tater tots & the potato wedges from the order. Also we ordered 2 large ranches but received regular size which isnât what we paid for. All the was received was the fried cheese curds app, 6 wings, 5 tenders, 4 regular sized ranches, a kids grilled cheese & a kids apple juice, no sides.
On top of the missing items, the wings were extremely dry, tenders were dry and the food wasnât ready anywhere near the set pick up time.

Stay away from this place. We placed an order online and it was incomplete. The wings were extremely small with more bones that meat. Flavorless too. Wouldn't be surprised if it goes out of business in a short time. Was there on a Friday at 6 pm and the restaurant was empty.

Stand around for 20 minutes to pickup the order nobody around to help. the bartender guy was very rude when i walked updidnt ask what i needed just pointed at the front and said someone will help me up front.
Aggressive Bartender said you guys need ti stop coming up to my bar for take out said bring bring bullshit up front and started cussing in front of everybody im sure its on camera bc i went back a 2nd time 20 mins standing arpund nobody up front. . I got a video of him to send the news station why your safety is a threat if you order food at this location.

This restaurant reminds me of that Seinfeld episode⊠âyou know how to take a reservation, you just donât know how to keep a reservation.â 25 minutes after my pickup order was supposed to be ready I was still without - and much of that time I was the only person in the lobby (no other orders). When it finally came they shorted us one boneless wing. Do not waste your time.

Wings were horrible. Wrong sauce was used. Took an hour to get food when there wasn't many people there. Had to hunt down server for refills on drinks. Got our own carryout bags for our containers. BTW they hit you w 18% gratuity so there's that as well.

Came in for lunch ordered the six peice traditional wings. I received all drums that one flat I asked about the flats the waitress got the manager. The manager came and said she didnât know what to tell me and was very rude. She did not care at all. She said well you get what you get basically I know that is not true. I know youâre supposed to get flats. She was very dismissive offered. No kind of help. This place will probably close soon due to that specific manager. 2 PM on Friday January 24th 2025
